Easy to install (if I did it, you could) and getting it to work. After almost a whole year from my purchase, my sensor started to give me some issues, we replaced batteries and the problem continued. At that moment I contacted the factory directly and they were amazing. Not only walked me through what I needed to do to diagnose the issue but once that was done, they sent over the part to replace. This touchless faucet is both sleek looking and the functionality is accurate to the description. The water pressure on both running water and the sprayer has increased from our old sink probably double. The touchless feature is very responsive and we have had no issues with it at all. The install is self explanatory and seems to be holding up without any issues. Some have Complained of looseness at the nut from under the sink but I have had no problems with that as the design seems to be comparable to other sinks I have installed. The look and feel is very solid and it appears to be easy to clean so far with the six weeks of use it has had. For half the price of the Kohler and Moen models it seems to be an easy choice. ... show more

After the faucet was installed only a trickle of waster would come out, so I called a plumber who came out and informed me the faucet was installed properly. He went on to state that the cartridge was defective and this brand of faucet is cheaply made and not very sturdy. So now I need to find a cartridge for this off brand faucet or just buy a more reputable band from a reliable retailer ... show more

My old kitchen faucet was on its last leg and I stumbled upon this kitchen faucet. What a great find! The installation was VERY easy. You just need some wrenches and a screwdriver! I would recommend shutting the water off to the house before installation to avoid any mishaps. Angle stops don't always cut water off completely. Installation was less than hour and the directions were pretty straightforward. There are also youtube videos that can help with installation if you search Gimili Faucet Installation. The packaging was the product came in was secure so nothing gets scratched. I also like when the water sensor gets triggered and if I walk away it will turn off after some time. Great feature if you are doing a million things in the kitchen and forget to turn the water off. Very pleased that I can prep raw meat and wash my hands after without having to touch anything!! I love this faucet! It’s Beautiful and when I am cooking up a storm it is great to just wave my hand and wash up without touching the handle and getting it dirty! However, the handle fell off and now I cannot figure out how to fix it! I have had faucets for 30 years and never had this happen. Such a fantastic faucet. The price is amazing for how functional it is. I'm so used to using it that any faucet I approach now, I forget and assume it's touch-less. Install was a breeze but you do need batteries or to plug it in. Both the shower and spray options are great.

I especially love seeing people's reactions when they try to turn it on.
