This jacket runs large and initially I thought about returning and exchanging for the next smaller size. But I decided to keep it, and now I'm liking it a lot. Although lightweight and very soft to the touch, the fleece is fine quality, smooth and dense, repels wind, and the garment retains a nice light-jacket feel & look, not shape-shifting, floppy or fuzzy like some fleeces. It is still great after washing (no pilling) and has been perfect for this fall weather. I ordered the XL. I'm 5'6", 160, and the fit on me is just slightly loose and a tad long versus figure-hugging. If you prefer a more fitted look, you might consider sizing down.

Jacket arrived with a stuck zipper that was impervious to muscle or dexterity. Ironically, I ordered it, already planning to have a seamstress replace the zipper with snaps, for my octogenarian mother who hates zippers but who liked the simple design and cut of this jacket. Pros: cozy, lightweight fleece, nice colors. Cons: made in China with cheap, non-functional hardware.

I love the Gimecin Fleece jacket. I bought it for the 2025 unusually cold weather in Florida. I’m 5’3” and weigh 142 and I bought a size large, I could have got away with a medium and I bought a dark grey and beige. The quality is great for the price and the style is just as good as the other brand name fleece jackets. The sleeves a tad long for me but not really long enough to roll up so they work. The fleece jacket is very warm and comfortable. It doesn’t zip from the bottom but that isn’t a deal breaker for me.
