The media could not be loaded. Update!!! the light stopped working just out of the blue it is not used heavily after the original review the legs started to buckel and I had to bolt it to the wall to keep it up because the head was heavier than the base but the fact that it no longer come on is upsetting. I just got the ring light today so this is not a week review or 3-month review but so far it's very sturdy I have a note 10 plus and it is able to hold my phone securely and I recorded my first video with it it was great the light is bright I can see everything on my nail station and I think it's awesome. Love this light. I use it in my wedding art studio. Works great for me. Some features that stood out to me: - Easy to set up, set up ring light in minutes.It's also fairly light and easy to transport. - Easy to adjust brightness and color temperature-Perfect Warm and Cold Lighting -Brightness can be changed from 1% to 100% -The ring shape in the reflection of my eyes,make eyes more charming. -Sturdy stand,quality aluminum and adjustable heights. -Mirror design,I compared a lot of these products before I bought them. This product has great lighting and tones, but the neck gear is very weak!! Won’t hold in place, constantly falls over. Legs are very weak! It literally falls over. The ring light doesn’t hold in place, so it takes away the capability of adjusting it. I probably got a defective one, now I have to go through the trouble of buying a different one and sending this one back. 8/10 for me. UPDATE Shortly after my review customer service reached out to me to help me out with my issue. I have to say this has been the best customer service I’ve ever received! Not only was it unexpected but they sent a complete new replacement no charge whatsoever! Communicating with customer service was very easy, very direct and very resourceful. As I mentioned before I probably just got a defect. The new one works beyond expectation! I no longer have my previous issues and I even added a picture to show how well the product works. Great lighting, big and tall, adjustable, and very portable. Got this on sale so it was worth the money I paid. Instructions weren’t very clear on how to connect the ring to the stand and it’s very wobbly. The phone holder is not very adjustable and very stiff. I broke a piece trying to adjust it. The carry bag it came with only fits the ring not the metal parts so you only have the option to either carry one or the other outside the bag. ... show more

I used this light only 2-3 times a month and have had it a little over 6 months. The light worked great until it suddenly stopped working today, in the middle of a bridal makeup application. I was so embarassed. The light started blinking and then just shut off and wouldn't turn back on. Im so mad about it. What a piece of junk. Apparently, this is a common issue with this product. If for a moment you think it vain to get a light specifically for video meetings- think again. This light performs exactly as described. Set-up was super easy, very lightweight and collapses in a snap. And let me say that it is bright! Thank goodness for the dial down feature. The light does not hum or flicker.
