This ring light is top-notch! Before choosing this ring light I did a lot of research and it paid off. This light is definitely on the bigger side, which is actually an advantage. The stand is sturdy enough for the size of the ring light. It has great adjustable brightness and really lights up the object or subject just right. The buttons are strategically placed and the remote control makes it easy to use and adjust the lighting without having to reach for the back of the unit each time. One of the key advantages of this ring light is that it has three phone stands you can choose from. The one thing I wish it could do is: have one of the stands be expandable enough for an iPad, even if just a small one. That would be my only suggestion for improvement. The unit also comes with a carry pouch. The light was well packaged and arrived safely. However, if there are any issues, the company gives you their contact information to help deal with any concerns. This light is excellent for photography and video. Although I have only tested it and used it for a short time, so far I am happy with this purchase. At this point I would highly recommend this ring light.

We purchased this ring light to use at our photo booth during an event. It was simple to setup and people enjoyed being able to see themselves in the camera of the phone before we clicked the remote. There are 2 remotes. 1 remote connects to the device you're using to take the pics (i.e. your phone) easily via bluetooth. From it you can snap a photo from a distance. The 2nd remote has multiple lighting settings that can be adjusted and an on/off button for the light. You can also turn the light off at the base of the ring. The tripod is very easy to assemble and to adjust. We had some guests in wheelchairs and it was not hard to adjust the height of the tripod as needed. The ring is large and covers a wide area with the light. I recommend this product for anyone doing a photo booth, vlog, or social videos.

A great light. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but this is more than I thought it would be. Super bright, but dimmable to a very comfortable level if needed. Warm and bright white light selection is a huge plus. I haven’t mounted more than a single phone, but it is very easy to add the other two with the hardware included in the package. The tripod is descent, though the stabilizing legs seem to be a bit weak. This could pose a problem if you need the center of the light elevated above 6 feet, as the light may be leaning slightly to one side. The light itself is beefy (not heavy, but solid). However, even with a slight lean, you are able to level the phone because there are plenty of joints on the connecting pieces allowing you to mount the phone at almost any angle. I haven’t used the remote controls yet, but they look straight-forward and simple to use. I would highly recommend this light, especially for someone getting their first ring light. Not to expensive, but certainly delivers a quality light and stand for your phone/camera.

I did a lot of research before I decided to buy this ring light. I have used them in my piano studio before to record student performances and haven't been happy with other products. When I set this one up, I was very impressed with the quality! It is wonderfully bright, and I love having the ability to change both the color temperature of the light as well as the brightness from the remote control. The bluetooth remote also works very well, which is one thing I found glitchy in other brands. My only complaint would be that I wish there was an indicator of what brightness and color settings were being used so that I could duplicate exact settings. The tripod stand is very sturdy and tall enough to allow me to record looking down on the piano keys. The light is very evenly distributed so that there are no "hot" or "dim" spots in the recordings. One of my favorite features is that I can charge my phone while I am recording directly from the light through the USB port in the back. I also like that I can connect my video camera as well as my phone. Many similarly priced products only allowed phone recording. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase! I would highly recommend this product!

This is a solid product that has all the features needed for professional or personal lighting for podcasts, video calls, and recordings. I purchased a second one for another location and I highly recommend it. The quality is not just good, it's excellent, and it's built to last. It's adaptable for all kinds of setups, whether you use it with or without the stand. I love the remote and the long power cable. The carry case is also well-made, making it easy to transport the equipment. I believe it used to be sold elsewhere for twice the current price, so it's truly a great deal—you definitely get your money's worth.

I was looking for an easy to use 18 inch ring light to replace my 9 inch light. I compared many on Amazon and finally decided to go with this one. It was important for me to find one that was user friendly and more on the basic side. I did not want one where I have to manually change the color lenses and I wanted one that plugs into an outlet and has a remote control to adjust the brightness while I am on Zoom calls and recording videos. This one checked all of the boxes and the quality blows my old one out of the water! The brightness is great and the tripod is very sturdy and easy to adjust. I am very happy with my purchase!
