We recently bought this trampoline for my 12 year old and we’re very happy with it! The setup was pretty straightforward and took a couple of hours with two people. The materials feel sturdy and safe, and the safety net is a huge plus— I do wish it was better quality. Some of the holes where the bungee cord goes through ripped The size is perfect for our backyard, and it looks just like the pictures online. Overall, it’s great quality for the price and has provided endless entertainment this summer. Highly recommend!

The trampoline itself is great. It took about 3 hours to put it up with some help from my husband at the end with the net. It looks really nice and is really sturdy. I love that it came with a ladder so my kids can just climb up by themselves. One piece of the foam was messed up that I am 99% sure was from the AWFUL FedEx shipping. The box itself came really beat up and with some holes in it. It came 2 days later than it was supposed to. My husband was outside in our backyard when the FedEx driver pulled up to our neighbors house(who’s address isn’t even on the same street as our house), opened his truck door, and just shoved the box out of his truck onto the ground and sped off. We live in a rural-ish area so my husband had to carry the box to our house. Our kids really love it though!

We absolutely love our new huge trampoline! From the moment it was set up in the backyard, it became the center of fun and activity for our entire family. The size is perfect—spacious enough for multiple kids to jump at once without feeling crowded, and even the adults can join in without worry. The bounce is incredibly smooth. The kids always feel safe playing on our trampoline—even the little ones know how an amazing quality trampoline feels. The screws never failed us. It lasts through rain, wind, and we haven't experienced snow yet, but I wouldn't doubt that it would stay amazing. Setup was surprisingly straightforward, with clear instructions and all the tools included. The final cherry on top, it doesn't break the bank! I wasn't expecting there to be such a great quality trampoline without being super expensive, but I was proven wrong. It’s been a fantastic addition to our home—encouraging outdoor play, exercise, and lots of laughter. Highly recommend for families looking to combine fun, fitness, and fresh air without having to travel somewhere!

When I saw this trampoline had 5 star review I thought “there is no way! I’ve never seen an item on here have 5 stars” after reading the reviews I knew this was the trampoline for us. I had been researching for months trying to get the best price for the best product and am beyond happy with this purchase. This item had everything we were looking for. A ladder, netting and quality. My daughter is 5 years old and we wanted something she could grow into. The 12ft is the perfect size for our yard and for her to get years of play out of. I love that the poles for the netting arches out so there is no chance of running into them when falling into the netting. The springs are safely behind the netting to avoid twisting an ankle. Everything about this trampoline feels safe for a child. My nephews (8 and 10) also enjoy using it and there is plenty of space to jump with all three kiddos. My husband even jumps on it with our daughter which shows its stability. It was very easy to put together. It took the 2 of us about an hour. The hardest part was the netting but that was because we missed a step on the instructions. If you are looking for a trampoline I definitely recommend this one.

I was exited to get a trampoline. However, I do not recommend this trampoline. The net for the sides has to be tied and once kids jump and I just had 3 toddlers jump. The net started to get loose and was coming out. It became a safety hazard when the kids were sliding off the trampoline. And the ladder isn't attached so it moves as kids come down. The ladder is only placed. My husband has retired it 3 times and then it happens again. My son almost got hurt coming down the ladder and almost slid off the trampoline. I'm so disappointed I put a picture to show a small sample of how loose it starts to get until the gaps become bigger and bigger and kids are sliding off the trampoline

this trampoline is ok - instructions to assemble are not quite clear - quality is perfectly mediocre, and for some things like the apron that covers the springs and the side walls are really not adequate at all. I bought this to replace one i purchased 3 years ago, but gave away, which was much better and similar cost.

Great quality trampoline. We had a tear in the net of the product but handled it through customer service and things went smoothly. We had it for our son 5th birthday party. Even though things were not perfect with the net, the issue was handled appropriately by customer care from gigu.
