The trampoline is great. Once ordered, it was delivered promptly. The 14 foot was shipped in a single, large box (which was a bit heavy, they recommend two people). Instructions for assembly were clear, parts were all accessible and easy to identify. The assembly took me (I did it by myself, would have been easier with two people) about an hour and a half. I have assembled and disassembled a trampoline once before. The process was easy as long as you follow the instructions. Once assembled, the trampoline is a lot of fun. The safety net is reassuring, the padding is good, the legs are strong. I weigh about 200 lbs, and was able to bounce with no worries. If you're looking for a reasonably priced, not-too-hard-to-assemble, fun trampoline, I definitely recommend the Gigu

very well built. Directions recommend two people to assemble, I had no issues by myself. Took about 2 hours. Kids are on it all the time. The ladder is a nice addition over other trampolines friends and family have.

Picture this, you wanted to order the jumpzylla but you were tricked because this company uses the same images for there product and you don't realize until after you open the box and have it 1/2 way assembled. Next, the instructions are horrible. Trampolines are not hard to assemble, but there are several parts to the assembly process that if you don't follow exactly, you are tearing the trampoline apart to fix an error that wasn't clear in the instructions. First, the trampoline netting has to be installed just right or you will be pulling all the rods out and flipping the fabric to have it installed in the right direction so that it can be attached to the bars properly. Next, the screen has to be hand sewn to the spring brackets which there are at least 200 springs. So you are hand threading a nylon rope through all of these springs. That's 100 ft of rope. Better yet you get to the last 5 ft and there's not enough rope. Also, trampolines are typically installed in the grass. So what happens if you drop one of the tiny nuts, you're running to the hardware store to find the right nut for the bolt because they don't give you any extra? Don't install it with your kids around, your language will be enough to traumatize them. It took me over 4 hours to install this and I'm a certified mechanic so I used my own ratchet to speed things up and what a nightmare. I hoped to buy a jumpzilla. I'm guessing that it's very possible this is the same product with a different name since they use all the same marketing, I'm extremely confused, disappointed and what should I expect, we want all these fancy products for super cheap so you get what you get. Get. A bunch of lies, a big pain in the butt and a product that is almost impossible to return if you have any problems. Thanks China and quality control and anyone who ever tried to assemble this product before it was submitted to production, I'm sure you were laughing thinking about all the customers who needed to assemble this. After assembly, the rods come disconnected from the bars, and yes I did snap snap them in just like they are designed to. Instant fail. Another waste of resources, and destiny, landfill.

We couldn’t be happier with this trampoline! From the start, the setup was surprisingly easy – the instructions were clear and everything fit together just as it should. It didn’t take long at all to get it up and ready, and we appreciated how straightforward the process was. Once it was assembled, the kids were on it right away and have been loving it ever since. They spend hours jumping, playing, and enjoying it with their friends. The trampoline feels very sturdy and secure, which gives us peace of mind as parents. The quality is excellent, and it truly feels like it will last for years. Overall, this trampoline has been everything we wanted – safe, durable, fun, and easy to put together. We got this 14ft trampoline for our kids for Christmas, and it has been a huge hit! Assembly was pretty straightforward, especially with the help of family members—it actually made for a fun activity on Christmas morning. The safety net gives me peace of mind while the kids are bouncing, which is a huge plus. The only hiccup was the ladder that came with it; it was a bit tricky for even our 4-year-old, and he actually fell through once. We ended up getting a separate ladder that’s more like a slide, plus some stakes to secure the trampoline, and that solved the issue. Other than that, this trampoline is absolutely amazing. The kids are loving it, and it feels sturdy and well-made. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to give your kids a fun, safe outdoor activity!
