Purchased this MB from Amazon but had to return as we received a used MB so we ended up buying it elsewhere. Now that it is installed, we have been doing some benchmarks and going over the features and are extremely happy with it. This is one of the Best "Bang for your Bucks" motherboard in the x570 class. We looked at Asus which we previously had in the x370 and B450 class. We also looked at MSI but due to the terrible VRM's on their x570 class boards we had to pass. MSI made some good x470 and x370 MB's but lost it on the x570. The Gigabyte x570 PRO WIFI is a great board with all of the features in it's price range. Armored and reinforced PCIe slots and memory slots. 2 NVME slots. FAST PCIe 4 which is not anything to speak about now but it Future Proof's you for when GPU's and NVME's (Out Now) take advantage of the New technology. The MB has the better 1220 Sound integrated. Lot's of USB port's including the Newer 3.1 Gen2. BIOS Flashback is on the board as well. One COOL FEATURE is that you do NOT need a CPU to update the BIOS on this board!!! Great VRM's so their will be No power issues even with the bigger Ryzen 3950's. I like the look of the all Black PCB with the shiny re-enforced metal slots. SO far we have Not had any issues with the board but I highly recommend the VERY FIRST THING TO DO IS "UPDATE THE BIOS IMMEDIATELY!" You get so much more with this MB over the "ELITE" model and the higher end "ULTRA" is so close to this board that it's a waste of the extra money. The "PRO" is a perfect balance. NOTE: A lot of people are having problems that are Easily fixed. Obviously a DOA board cant be fixed LOL but those who are having problems booting... Disable CSM in the BIOS. This will fix a lot of issues. Most of the problems that I have read here are simply fixed with a BIOS setting adjustment.

The Aorus Pro WIFI straddles the line between the more budget Aorus Elite WIFI and the much more expensive Aorus Master, which is really the stepping off point where you are paying for more than you are getting. I saw one other review suggesting that you don't get much extra for your money over the Aorus Elite WIFI or the ASUS TUF WIFI, and while I would have loved to have this magnificent board for less money, I feel it was worth it. You do get higher quality VRM and VRM heatsinks, and the selling point for me, fan headers. You get three more fan headers and they are on the ram side of the board, making an easy run for front case fans. Fit and finish are absolutely excellent. The board feels substantial and the layout is clean and well organized. The chipset fan is partially blocked by my average sized graphics card, which may get worse when I upgrade in a few months, but on silent or standard profiles in the smart fan section of the bios, I have not seen it run so the heat sink is sufficient for gaming and light work loads I have put on the machine thus far. I am only driving a Ryzen 5 3600 currently, but bought this board and its powerful 12 +2 phase VRM with eyes on the upcoming release of 4th gen Ryzen in the fall of the year. This board should easily handle whatever AMD throws out there in the 8 to 16 core space. The bios is easily understandable and my memory ran easily at the XMP overclock profile getting its advertised 3600mhz. For overclocking on the chip, I have so far only enabled PBO and am running a 280mm AIO for cooling so my chip basically runs at 4.2 all cores with an occasional core sneaking up on 4.3. Meanwhile, the board is running cool as a cucumber with great temps across its SEVEN temperature sensors. You simply can't go wrong with this board especially if you catch it anywhere under $259 with free shipping. I estimate this board will easily go 5 to 7 years or more without issue.

This is my first gigabyte board in years, the last being host to a fx 4300 I'm fairly sure and that board is still sitting in my garage from years ago. I went from that to nehelem CPU's and eventually to ryzen. Now I'm on my 3rd ryzen cpu and my 3900z is a monster. This board handles a 3900x pretty good. There is quite a bit of Vdroop when overclocking and there's some funny stuff like overclocks achieved and stable in gigabytes easytune OC program won't hold if set in the bios manually. But that's fine as long as the program's work. The actual bios is laid out very well and is easy to understand. Overclocking is simple and enabling settings is easy. My only gripe is actually to do with the software that works on these gigabyte boards. Easytune OC works great until it doesn't. After setting it to automatically enable a overclock after booting into windows the program crashed and got corupted. My only way to prevent it from crashing my PC every 2 minutes into launch was finding the file for the program and deleting it, unfortunately I'm unable to reinstall it now because everytime I do I get a message that I already have the newest version and it stops the install. Actually pretty peeved about that. Was able to get a 4.3ghz OC on my 3900x at 1.3V and I was able to verify it with a few benchmarks like cinebench and it's flavors and ran furmark for 12 hours to see how thermals went on it. ( Stock cooler maxed at 77C which was too hot for PBO to really be effective but otherwise it worked fine) Also the RGB software, RGB fusion oh god. When you start that program the program takes. A second to find every RGB enabled device it can connect to on the board. This honestly has taken my PC 10-25 minutes to do. Regardless of whether it's running off a nice solid state drive, or if it's in admin mode or something. If you interior the program before it finishes it might just crash file explorer and if you've ever seen file explorer crash it's a bit wonky. But when it works it works fine.

Pros: This mobo is really good looking and works well. I got it as a package deal with a 3700x and it's been fantastic so far. M.2 install was easy and the wifi is AX compatible so gigabit speeds. I haven't tested the bluetooth yet. RGB is minimal and tasteful. Chipset fan is virtually silent and I can't hear it at all with the case closed. Proper heatsinks over the vrm and built in backplate. Good OC potential with a 4+8 pin cpu power delivery. Lots of fan, USB, rgb headers. Gripes: RGB software is finicky and doesn't allow much configuration. Also no surface mounted power or reset switches (there is a cmos reset) for $200+ I would expect this, I needed to use a screwdriver to jump it while testing hardware.

A bit too expensive compared to the ASUS TUF and Aorus Elite for not a whole lot of additional features. You're paying $70 more for Wifi, Debug LEDs and BIOS flashback. The TUF and Elite miss out on at least one of these things. I didn't overclock my Ryzen 7 3700X, so I didn't really care too much about the VRMs. Pros: 1. Has debug LEDs. 2. High quality M.2 heatsinks 3. Intel LAN 4. Front USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2 header 5. High quality board. Has some real heft to it. I had to apply significant pressure to the stock CPU cooler to get it to click but this board has a really solid construction to take that force. Issues: 1. The biggest issue by far - the time to POST. It takes a good 20 seconds to POST after powering on. The debug LEDs cycle through VGA, BOOT, CPU and RAM before finally POSTing every time you power it on. The first time I built it and powered it on, I thought I made a mistake. It cycled through the debug LEDs for 30 seconds before POST. So be a bit patient when powering it on for the first time. 2. The chipset fan. It is completely covered by my triple slot EVGA 2080 Ti XC Ultra (see image). It works well for now and stays silent, but the heat from the graphics card will probably affect future reliability. 3. My 3200 MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX ran at 2133 MHz out of the box. I had to enable XMP to get 3200 MHz. A BIOS update will remove XMP profiles. So you'll have to re-enable it. Also I cannot see my RAM speed in Task Manager. I had to use CPU-Z. Not sure if this a RAM issue or BIOS issue or Windows bug. 4. The SYS_FAN_[5/6]_PUMP headers seem bugged in the BIOS. I connected my Noctua PWM case fan to it since it was the closest header towards the front of the case, but it was constantly at 100% even though I set the mode to PWM in the BIOS. I then connected the fan to SYS_FAN_1 and it seems to have fixed the problem. UPDATE: My RAM speed went back to 2133 MHz one day without any notification when booting. I felt something was off after my FPS dropped by about 10-20 in most games. After some digging around, I found that CPU-Z showed the RAM speed as 2133. When I went into the BIOS, it still showed that XMP was enabled. I disabled and re-enabled XMP and when it rebooted, it was back at 3200 MHz in CPU-Z. All this was with auto XMP, so I will try manually the next time this happens. In any case, I think a BIOS update is needed. This was on ver. F4j (2019/08/02)

I am upgrading my Gigabyte B450 Elite with a Ryzen 7 2700 (8/16) system to get ready for installing a Ryzen 9 3950x or 5950x so I can double my cores and threads for use with bioinformatics. I also want to still for the time being, be able to use my current CPU and memory. I wanted this x570 board for several reasons: Compatible with gen 2 Ryzen 7 2700 and HyperX memory Dual M.2 will not disable ASATA and SATA ports like the B450 Faster memory 3600-4400 MHz to work with the new CPU versus the current memory. Built in WiFi and Bluetooth, just a bonus. I ordered items to make a higher end build, but for a reasonable cost. I bought all current phase one upgrade parts used from Amazon Warehouse (drop down search within Amazon). Phase two is new memory and a new CPU. New Corsair 110Q case New-$80, paid $41 New EVGA 280mm CLC $90, paid $70 New EVGA G5 750w full modular $125, paid $92 New Gigabyte Aorus X570 pro WiFi $270, paid $164 I saved $198 by buying returned items that are essentially new. All parts appeared new and all parts worked as expected. System booted right out of the box with no bios update as of yet. I only had to install the LAN driver for Windows to connect properly. Ubuntu 20.04 ran Bluetooth, WiFi and LAN with no issue right out of the box. Ran windows with prime95 on the new AIO 280mm cooler with my existing Ryzen 7 2700 65w, it idled at 35-36C and and it maxed in temperature of 52-55C. I see no problem when I upgrade to 105w chip. I love the new Gigagyte Aorus Pro WiFi board and I am supper happy I got it at the price point. Local store here has the Ryzen 9 3950x (open box) for $611 which in this current climate is a great price and at this price point makes no sense to get the 5950x since the price difference is 75% of the 5950x and the performance difference is only 15% better. Good quality and priced motherboard for an x570 motherboard. I am seeing a lot of complaints about boot time and such but that is to be expected from x570 motherboards (no more than 20 seconds of boot time). The only problem I had was with the integrated graphics, my onboard graphics wouldn’t work when I was testing out of case for first boot, had to use my gpu for it to post. Other than that I would definitely recommend this board if you like gigabyte or are looking for a decent priced board. ~After note the post code leds on the side are an extra that I was not expecting but are nice to have

Purchased this mobo (motherboard) to go along with the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. First time building a gaming PC and after doing research on quality wifi included boards this seemed like a good choice. I ordered and recieved an Amazon Warehouse version of this item, essentially brand new but had been previously opened, 0 problems with it. This mobo looks good, has all necessary ports and connections. The installation into my case (Cooler Master MB520 RGB) was simple enough, however, I will say to use the included posts for extending the surface area this mobo will rest on with the appropriate tools, dont risk breaking your new board by not following instructions. Wifi did not initially work as indicated by my Windows 10 fresh install, to remedy this simply go to Gigabytes site, put in the mobo information (basically name of the mobo) & download the wifi install files to a usb flash drive and install them. Literally seconds after the drivers were done the wifi networks popped up. Easy set up, easy use, love the RGB lighting accents.
