We used these little guys to create a "night hunt" Easter egg hunt for my son and his friends. They're between 2 and 4 years old. Most of them worked great! Most of the lights showed up well, although some of the colors weren't very bright and we had to put 2-3 sticks in some eggs to get them to show up which is why I gave them 4 stars. Of course the thickness of the eggs will also effect this. They were a great price for the amount you get. Typical as far as ease of use when it comes to snapping them and activating them. We only needed them to glow for about 10-15 min but some of them were glowing hours later so that would've been nice had we needed them to continue to glow. They are small, so be careful around little ones. It does tell you the size of them but I tend to underestimate how small 1.5" actually is. Either way, I have PLENTY left for next year or for July 4th or whatever else I can come up with to use them for. ... show more

I’m an avid fisherman and I use these for night fishing. They are really bright and I’ve had a few of them still glowing 72 hours later! If you buy the ones that are actually sold in the fishing department for night fishing, they are a dollar each! I recommend this product to anyone who fishes at night. My Son loves playing with them too and as many as you get at such a great price, I don’t mind giving him 30 to 50 of them to play with. ... show more

We used these for a nighttime Easter egg hunt. They worked great and my kids had a blast! I was worried because people said they don’t glow in the cold. It was cold the night of the egg hunt but they still worked great. would purchase them again anytime.
