Got this for my 1 year old nephew who is already on the run. He is almost touching the ground with floorboard out and is going to love growing into this. Probably get a couple years out of it. Great choice!

I bought this for my sons 2nd birthday, and to say he loved it would be an understatement. We’ve had this truck for 3 months now and my 2 and 4 year old play wit. This truck outside every single day. It’s super durable. The back “tailgate” flips down and acts as a second seat for another rider which is perfect for my two boys. It also has cup holders and the door and tailgate are easy to open for my 2 year old. Assembly was a little rough. I needed my husband to help pop things into place. But other tha. My 1 year old loves this truck. It was pretty easy to assemble. However, two problems we’ve had with it so far. The front left axle has bent already and it’s making the truck not move smoothly. I was able to bend it back but it’s a temporary fix and I refuse to spend $70+ after shipping from Little Tikes to replace it. Also, the driver door does not stay on. I think the alignment is off, so it pops out of place every time the door opens. Besides these two quality issues, the truck has been good overall. ... show more

THE PURCHASE: I bought this vehicle for my grandkids, but after reading some negative reviews, I canceled my order. After giving it some thought, I changed my mind and reordered. I’m glad I did! It arrived the next day! ASSEMBLY: It was a little tricky to assemble, but I managed to do it in an hour and fifty-six minutes. I needed some help with one step, but I did the rest independently. There’s a great video on YouTube showing each step. The QR code in the instructions didn’t work, but when I searched the name of the product, it came up. THE REVEAL: When our grandkids arrived and we revealed this special surprise, they were so excited! They spent all day (and every day thereafter) riding it through the house. RECOMMENDATION: I recommend this toy for kids six and under. They will absolutely love it! It was definitely worth the nearly two hours it took to put together. Purchased this for my two-year-old grandson birthday. It took us hours to put it together, my husband’s a builder so he knows what he’s doing. He reads prints for a living. The pieces did not fit together from the roof to the truck body, the holes were too small and not formed correctly. We had to cut to make the holes bigger but no matter what we did we could not get a tight fitting. The directions say there should be no Gap in between the yellow roof and the blue truck body, There was no way we used dish soap As in the directions To help slide the pieces together, what took place was the holes were too small. We had to use screws to hold it together. Needless to say, my grandson was extremely excited over the gift, I think it was his favorite gift. Mom and dad think differently, it’s dangerous because the roof did not fit correctly into the body. The door does not stay closed or lock. Once my grandson was in the truck and he leaned against the door, the door fell off and he fell out. Not safe at all I’m not sure what happened to this design as my kids had this when they were little and it held up well. Extremely disappointed. ... show more
