My husband likes these a lot. The cork bottom is removable so the mugs can go in the dishwasher. Good purchase for someone who appreciates basic, functional mugs that hold just the right amount.

The cork base is difficult to remove - instead of easily popping on and off with a magnet at the base to securely hold in place like other similar products, this one has a small cork base that you have to force the mug into - and the lid is sized incorrectly (too small and sits much too deep inside the mug, making it a spill and safety hazard when the mug is holding hot liquid). Not a good product and would definitely not buy again. Throwing this item away because it’s too much of a hassle to return. ... show more

Nice Mugs and nearly what I wanted. These have great coating and nice finish, they certainly hold my coffee with ample room so it does not spill over as I walk to my destinations. I will no doubt put them in my charity donation box soon because they are not at all comfortable to pick up or carry around. The handle is not large enough to hold enough of my fingers so the ones that do not fit hurt from the weight of the mug. I chose these mugs because my husband loves to leave mugs teetering on railings, couch arms, anywhere that pushes the envelope for tipping. Deep sigh. This wide-base design is exactly what I wanted. Does not get hot to touch in the microwave...i.e. the liquid heats, mug doesn't. I wish the handles were a little bit bigger but you can't have everything.
