Reasonably priced but disappointing in its construction. While I like the material, the way it was assembled was haphazard. Of the four chair set I bought, two chairs had the material sewing on the front of the seats and the other two were arranged with the sewing on the backside of the seats as it should be. (submitted two photos) . Additionally, two chairs had holes drilled on the outside of the top support rails instead of on the inside where they should have been. This required me to drill holes in the right side and fill in the ones on the wrong side. Finally, the the assembly instructions included a diagram and parts list only. There was no narrative with the exception of a written narrative of how you should read the assembly instructions carefully (which didn't exist) and another explaining how to return the product. I purchased 2 sets of 4 chairs and haven't opened the second box. I'm still trying to decide to return the second set or not. ... show more

There were no written assembly instructions and the 2 photos showed for assembly were small print and not easily read or understood. One chair frame part came with the mesh inserted wrongly. Luckily, we had just disassembled a similar chair the week before so we knew how to reverse it. Came with extra hardware. 4th chair only took 20 minutes with faster tools and knowhow. Mesh is stiff, but fairly comfortable. Hoping it relaxes over time. In the end, we have 4 chairs for guests. ... show more
