The size is perfect for taking care of my lighter loads in-between visits to the laundromat. I’m very pleased with the functioning of this machine, thus far, which I’ve probably used about 4-5 times already since getting it. Both the washing and spinning cycles work well for me. I like to see the water draining into the sink when it’s in spinning mode showing that it’s doing the job. One small glitch and which is why I have rated it 4 instead of five stars is that the end of the water hose that’s supposed to attach to your kitchen/bathroom tap to fill the machine does not fit any of my taps because the opening is too small. I wish that end was able to stretch to fit so that it would be easy to accommodate any size tap. I have resolved this problem by using a medium size plastic bowl to fill the tub up half-way with water as recommended. It takes about 4 bowls of water to be done. But this is minor in the scheme of things and one that I can easily ignore because I derive great joy and satisfaction from using this machine that’s saving me time and expense by reducing my visits to the laundromat. ... show more

Works great right out of the box. No assembly! Fits on top of my kitchen counter next to the sink so I can drain it. I plan on hitting the road btwn OK,CA, AZ, & WIS, this Spring and Summer, II think this is going to be great at the hotel stops on the way. TIP: No more than ~1\2 full, just like avg wash load on full size washer. TIP: use about 2 TEASPOONS LIQUID SOAP. I used 2 tablespoons in the pictures above and I had to drain and rinse 4 times to clear the water. TIP: Let it drain 15 min or so, that way less time to spin. Make sure clothes are evenly packed in both wash and spin mode or it will vibrate ALOT. Do not overfill the water or it will push out the top of the drain hose while it is agitating even with the hose in the "up" position. ... show more

This is a super super cute washing machine that is not intended for family use. If you are living in an apartment yourself, it is a must-have little machine that will save your life on a daily basis. The washing machine can be placed in any bathroom as long as there is water drainage. It is good for daily clothes washing but cannot wash big jackets or coats. I brought this machine for its spinning function. Some of my sweaters required hand washing. My big washing machine doesn’t have a only spinning function. After I wash my sweaters, I have no way to squeeze all the water out. After I hang them up, water is dripping, and it takes forever to dry. It solves my problem with this machine. The spinning basket only fit about 2 sweaters, but it doesn’t bother me at all. It only takes max 5 minutes to finish the spinning process. The water doesn’t drip everywhere anymore. I plan to take this small machine with me whenever I accept any travel assignment contracts. It is so compact and so light; it doesn’t occupy much space but does the big thing. ... show more
