The media could not be loaded. This is the only way I can show proof this portable washer machine stopped working for me and stop spinning to wash, I tried to send video to the seller but couldn’t… seller has responded back to me fast requesting a photo but I wanted to send a video instead.. I’m still waiting for a solution! I will surely give a update when I can.. Update: I received a replacement today and I am so pleased that this seller was so helpful and was understanding of the issue.. he didn’t make up any excuses to not help replace it .. the new washing machine works fine and I’m proud to say he’s is a great seller and I recommend you to get your portable washer from him, he went beyond his way to help fix the issue, he stayed polite the whole time and shipped out my replace washer right away and apologized for any inconvenience.. I’m very satisfied Thank you!

This little washer is perfect for apartment, older adult that can't get to their regular sized washer. I bought one for my daughter who can't get down to her basement to use her regular washer. This is so convenient. The spin cycle really gets all the water out making your clothes almost bone dry. Then all you have to do is hang them up to finish drying. it and was amazed that they came out clean and smelling fresh! I washed, drained, spin cycled, placed it back into the big tub, added water, rinsed, then spin cycle. I am impressed. This even has a lint filter that catches a lot of fur. I’m keeping this washer in my guest bathroom tub.I HIGHLY recommend this washer. I can wash a full sized sheet set in it!

Half of full-tub leaks all over floor from bottom halfway through rinse cycle. No clue how or why this started but I opened the back to take a look and see if it was sealant that needed maintence, but the sealant was fine. It's wasting money using it now, but I bought this so I would not have to go to the Laundromat, but how much water I need to use just to use it and clean my clothes because of all the leaking is not worth it. Waiting for customer service to email me back after I sent them a video - but was told I only had a 6 month warranty, so Im not hopeful a resolution will be found. Before the leaking started, it was good but $200 for an item to work a year is ridiculous to me. It is inconvenient to move into the tub because it's heavy but washing where it is and hooking the draining line to the sink was always the worst because it would always fall on the floor mid drain or spin and get water e everywhere - so def is not efficient since time-wise given it is not automated and you have to stand there or listen for it to be done filling, spinning, and draining.

I live in a very old building that was converted from offices to apartments. There are no hook-ups for washers, dryers, or dishwashers. My car is about a block away (no parking by the building) and the laundromat is about a half a mile away. SO, I bought this washer/spinner. I love it. Saves me going up and down the stairs (I'm almost as old as the building) with a hamper of laundry, dragging it to the car, driving to and from the laundromat, etc. The challenges: (1) their little tiny hose does NOT fit standard faucets - and it does not stretch. Simple fix - I bought a 6 foot Rinseroo (which DOES fit over the faucet.) (2) because it drains from the bottom, the soap does not rinse out. Simple fix - using the Rinseroo hose, I spray the clothes in the washer as it drains. This gets most of the soap out of the clothes. THEN I do a second "wash" but with a fabric softener, which seems to cut the suds. (3) The clothes used to dry very stiff - but the fabric softener is fixing that; still a bit stiff - but not like it was before I used the softener. (4) I find it works better - and is easier for me to clean my clothes - when I use small loads. The washing machine will hold 4 pairs of long pants and 4 long sleeved shirts (all cotton), but it is harder to rinse the soap out. I gave it 4 stars because the hose did not fit the faucet (I am not sure what American faucet would fit the hose).
