Came a lot sooner than expected and works great! I got this because my washer stopped working and I just couldn't afford a new one right now. The hoses are a little flimsy, and will probably need replaced eventually, but it gets the job done! I still have a dryer, so I wasn't too worried about the spin cycle, but tried it out to see how it would do. The clothes came out almost completely dry! If your machine starts shaking like crazy during the spin cycle, it's probably just unbalanced. Stop it, push the clothes around so they are even, and it will balance itself out. The drainage is really good! You can probably do about half the size of a normal load of laundry at a time, but it only takes about15 minutes per load. The unit is pretty quiet, and is bigger than I expected it to be (which I was very happy with). I plan to take it to my campground when I do get a new full sized washer. All-in-all a great product!

I bought one of these about 1 1/2yrs ago. I was doing laundry last night, no strange noises, nothing rattling, no warning signs at all. I just got home from work and put my uniform in to wash and the machine is not working at all!!! Very strange. I am now contemplating on whether I should order another one or look for a more reliable product. Update: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! I decided to repurchase again after my first one broke after a year. This product is not a Giantex item!! You will receive a generic washing machine, with no customer service numbers available! Amazon will not help me because this is a third party seller. I’ve become so frustrated that I was pushed to the point of canceling my Amazon Prime account. Please trust me when I say DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

It has a small and exquisite appearance, large capacity, washes clothes quickly and cleanly, and has a very good spin-drying effect. It is simple and practical, saves water, electricity, and space, and you can wash clothes at any time after taking them off. It is more time-saving and convenient. We're small family. I live in a very old building that was converted from offices to apartments. There are no hook-ups for washers, dryers, or dishwashers. My car is about a block away (no parking by the building) and the laundromat is about a half a mile away. SO, I bought this washer/spinner. I love it. Saves me going up and down the stairs (I'm almost as old as the building) with a hamper of laundry, dragging it to the car, driving to and from the laundromat, etc. The challenges: (1) their little tiny hose does NOT fit standard faucets - and it does not stretch. Simple fix - I bought a 6 foot Rinseroo (which DOES fit over the faucet.) (2) because it drains from the bottom, the soap does not rinse out. Simple fix - using the Rinseroo hose, I spray the clothes in the washer as it drains. This gets most of the soap out of the clothes. THEN I do a second "wash" but with a fabric softener, which seems to cut the suds. (3) The clothes used to dry very stiff - but the fabric softener is fixing that; still a bit stiff - but not like it was before I used the softener. (4) I find it works better - and is easier for me to clean my clothes - when I use small loads. The washing machine will hold 4 pairs of long pants and 4 long sleeved shirts (all cotton), but it is harder to rinse the soap out. I gave it 4 stars because the hose did not fit the faucet (I am not sure what American faucet would fit the hose).

I can wash a lot of clothes and sheets, and the rotation is quite strong. The laundry is very clean.Washing and drying buckets are separated,which is convenient to take care of,water-saving and electricity and resources. The rental house is just right,small,not too heavy,and convenient to move. The old man likes this style very much.For the elderly,they don’t use intelligence,which is very suitable for them.It’s just that the washing machine is a little noisy,but it is acceptable.
