Well I got box 1 day earlier than promised, thanks Amazon - my favorite company to purchase stuff. The package came in 2 boxes and every part was there. I have 1 left over screw letter D and the Hex tool it came with after I put it together. Did I mention my 6 year old loves it!. One thing to note. Its not a bed for kids to hang from the rails or jump around for hours it will bust, I am sure of it. It looks beautiful and the price is so worth it, unless you want to pay $2000 from Cardis. Lastly, when I put it together, some parts where mislabeled, It forced me to review the whole installation to make sure I got all parts. It was a pain the butt, but everything came out fine in the end. I bought a 10 inch twin mattress for top and use bottom for blanket storage, although you could buy another mattress for a second kid. I hope this helps you decide. I'm very happy with this purchase, but my daughter has her little house. Soon Led lights and glow in the dark Stars to compliment it. :)

I purchased this in Dec. 2023. It held up less than a year. The paint had begun to lift and chip and the wood was splitting in different parts after just a few months. I already had them send a replacement piece because it had broken on us. It was sitting in our garage after that. It became a safety hazard in our home. Definitely save your money and invest in a frame that’s made of better wood and paint.

It’s low as hellll to the ground so everytime I go to stand up after I put her to bed I’ll grab the top part and use it to pull myself up (I’m like 200lbs lol) and I’ve been doing that for a year and it hasn’t budged lol. I was going back and forth about which trundle house bed to get my boys and I went with this one and I'm so happy I did! It did take me 6 hours to put together and they did make a mistake mislabeling a couple parts but I figured it out and you will too pretty quick. My husband helped me with putting on the roof. But it was all worth it! My 1 year old son would not nap unless he was on the living room floor laying on a pillow bed, he would fall asleep in his pack and play, but I just now put him in his new bed to sleep and he was asleep 5 minutes later! Just get the bed! I got many compliments as well.
