I bought this device to weigh my luggage in the event that I was travelling in the future. When it was delivered I left it in box sealed as I was not ready to travel. When I was ready several months later I opened the box and plugged it in. It shows a red light but refuses to display any information. I am at wits end troubleshooting as I really hoped to weigh my luggage. I contacted the seller but he was not helpful only informing me that my purchasers warranty had expired. This is a complete customer care failure. I would not recommend this to anyone especially travel enthusiasts who hoped to use it to weigh luggage in the event that they travel.
