got this to weigh my dog as he grew - its large enough, he learned to get up there and just sit or stand real quiet until I get the numbers. Its nice to be able to keep an eye on his weight - way better than picking him up and trying to stand on the scale and do math. and this prepares him for a weight at the vet. One star off because this scale came with no assembly instructions. While it’s not exactly rocket science to figure out, I accidentally dropped the button panel because I didn’t realize there was already a cable connected inside the unit. Also, the feet are poorly made and feel very low quality. That said, the scale itself works well and feels heavy-duty. I still recommend it for weighing heavy eBay products—especially if you run an eBay store like I do.
