The package was torn open on one end and the mat was damaged and parts missing. They sent a replacement as soon as I notified them. That box had a large hole in it too, but it was all there. We placed the slide on a hill and the kids loved it. Even the 2 year old was having a blast. We ended up adding plastic sheeting at the end and arranged it to pool a little water there. It was the July 4th hit. We cleaned it up and packed in a crate to get out next year !!

what great slip and slide. Very durable, and easy to lay out. Definitely worth the price. No inflation required accept for the little boogie board. The downer is they only give you one boogie board. They could have threw in another one. Probably only cost them $ .50

This is a great water slide and holds up very well. However, mine arrived without the stakes that you use to keep it in the ground, so we used landscape fabric stakes and those pulled out of the ground, scratching a few kiddos. Unfortunately, on Amazon I can see no way to contact this seller and have them send me the missing stakes without returning the whole slide, which is a total pain.

My kids lived iy. It was a perfect addition on a hot day. Looking forward to the fun to come. It was fun for adults and kids. The length was great. The only thing I would improve is that there could have been a pocket to run the water hose through but other than that ia was perfect

I live in Arizona in our yard is all rocks.. I thought I'd be able to bring this to our community pool area where there is a HUGE grass area but upon attempting we couldn't find a hose hookup... so just based on the materials thus far I can say that they seem to be great and look to be durable... once we use the product I'll update the review .. but for now my initial impression is good.. great even .. looking forward to using and updating!

This slide is absolutely a blast, easy to setup, durable, and easy for multiple kids to slide at the same time. The only complaint, is that it'll burn your grass with direct sunlight. The way the sun hits my yard, if I leave it out for 2 or 3 days for multiple uses, my grass is brown under (because it is a see-through plastic). I am modifying mine to have a non-see-through tarp underneath.

Ours lasted one use, with a 5 and 2 year old using it for about 2 hours. All of the stake holes ripped. Go to your local home improvement store, buy a roll of poly that is normally used to cover floors while painting. Your better off.

Edit: this company is marking low-star reviews as “sensitive” to game the reviewing system. Dropping a star. At first look, this is an amazing amount of fun. 50’ is a perfect length for a back yard slip and slide. My kids spent hours out side having a blast. But I don’t expect the fun to last much longer. After only 2 days of use, two of the pin holders lost their tape. It’s literally duct tape and the direct sun caused it to pull right up. Super cheap way to secure a pin. Wouldn’t it have been so much better to just press some grommets in the holes? After that, a tear formed in the plastic. Now, I know zippers and grommets in bathing suits can cause havoc with plastic like this which is why we made sure the kids suits didn’t have any metal or HD plastic on them. And yet here we are with a nice big tear in the plastic. Honestly, I’m not even sure how that could have happened if it was so “durable”. Really, I am disappointed. My kids aren’t yet, but I’m betting they will be soon. And the worst part is, when I return this, it’ll probably just end up in the dump or ocean. Such a waste when slightly better materials could have been used.
