Made with a sturdy canvas and has a metal zipper. Strap is sewn on well as well as nice thickness for comfort to carry. The bag I got is the larger one and accommodates a small to med project. The sheep design was cute. It will get much use.

This little “big” bag is perfect for any yarn project! I was impressed with the quality in which it was made. The exterior has a zip pocket the full length of the bag. Inside there is a slip pocket that I stored my instructions in. There are 2 sets of holes for the yarn. They are two different sizes to accommodate the bulky yarns. It has a handle that fits over the arm for carrying. I was able to fit an extra skein in with my whole project in it for a trip. It fit perfectly in my under-the-seat carry on. Great bag!!

This is made out of a good thick material that feels like it will last. I bought the large size and it is a little bigger than I expected, but still useful. As a beginner crocheter, I do think I would have preferred the smaller one. It is unlikely that I will put this in a separate bag with other items due to its size. In my opinion, there is a small design issue with the bag. If you put your yarn in the bag and through one of the holes for use you can not put your project that you are working on back into the bag for transport. You would have to have the yarn go through the zipper area and the zipper ends on the side of the bag, not near the holes, so that wouldn't work. I solved this issue by not using the holes. I either just open the bag and use the yarn from there or take the skein out to crochet. I'm also not a huge fan of the handle being on the side of the bag. This is just personal preference and I knew the placement before purchase, so not an actual issue with the bag. I simply found after using the bag that it is not how I would prefer the handle. Otherwise, this is a really good carrying case for your small knitting or crochet projects. There is a small side pouch on the inside as well as a small zippered pouch on the outside, which is convenient. I have two skeins of yarn, a case of crochet hooks, and the beginning of a scarf that I am making all in the bag and there is still a little space available. If you are planning to carry one skein with your tools and small project in it, the smaller size will probably be fine.

If I could give this great bag 10 stars I would! It is much bigger than expected and made extremely well! I just ordered another one! It is very sturdy, larger than I expected, very well made and has pockets inside and a zippered pocket outside! Do not hesitate to order this bag, it has two grommets for yarn to pass thru also.Love love love it!

Ngl this was bigger than I thought it was gonna be, but it still works great for traveling. Fits my smaller bag of hooks/supplies plus a good 2-3 skeins of yarn. Even more (obv) for smaller skeins. I’m all about crochet things so I had to get it! No complaints.
