There's a lot about this chair to like. It's big, the fabric is soft. I got the "beige" hoping it was more of a white, which it is. Note that this is a "bean bag" chair, albeit filled with foam blocks. Some reviews noted as smell. Mine had a smell also, which took a good week or so to dissipate. But it seems fine now. I am knocking this down two stars because the dimension lists a rise height of 18.11 inches. As you can see from the picture, it's not even a foot high. This makes it very hard to get out of. I would not have bought this chair if it had accurately listed the height. However, I don't know how to go about returning this huge item. EDITED TO ADD I did follow all of the instructions, including punching it periodically during those first several days but it still didn't poof up. However, I was contacted by the company and appreciate their customer service, so I am adding a star back on.

This chair is amazing! As soon as I set it up, I couldn’t stop sitting in it. The material is soft and plush, and it feels so comfortable to sink into after a long day. It’s roomy enough to sit cross-legged or stretch out, and it molds to your body in the best way. The color is beautiful and really warms up the space and looks great with my decor. It has that cozy, lounge vibe that makes you just want to curl up with a book or movie. I’m so happy I got this, it’s definitely worth every penny! I would definitely recommend.

I purchased 3 of these chairs and sent 2 back. I would send the third one back, but it is too much of a hassle. The chair that I kept doesn't have enough inner material in the back, so the back constantly sags when you lean back. This happens with every adult and any children over 10. It simply doesn't have the support needed to act like a chair, so it ends up being a really negative experience - not a body-conforming bean bag and not a chair, so it is really difficult to get comfortable in it. The second chair came partially inflated, bursting through the thin packaging. I opened it and it expanded, but it remained very lumpy. I would describe the experience as having 6 foam rollers inside of a fabric carcass. It was totally unusable even after waiting 4 days. Returning this product is very difficult. For $40, this might be a 4-star purchase if it came unexpanded, but there is no way that this is worth anywhere close to the $160 price.
