I purchased this for my husband to lounge after work/in the evenings, and it is very soft, very comfy. It is a bit low to the ground even when in the “chair” formation but otherwise it was a great purchase thus far. The chair “fluffed up” pretty quickly, the ottoman took a little more time (you can see in the picture provided that it is still squished on the one side), but we waited the 48 hours and both had fluffed up nicely.

The media could not be loaded. The ottoman has not fully expanded. It's been over 3 days. The chair is fine, big enough for my wide butt, and quite comfy. There is no zipper on the ottoman to look inside, but it feels like the foam is damaged. I may end up cutting it open to hopefully find out what the problem is. If the manufacturer fixes it, I will update my review. UPDATE#2: Well there was a zipper on the ottoman after all, but it was installed so that it was impossible to be functional. Very poor manufacturing!. Update #3. I cut it open. The foam is severely damaged. I have been back and forth with the manufacturer to get a new ottoman. Long story short, they cannot recognize "Texas" to send it, so I am getting a refund, but no ottoman. I am so disappointed and wish I could give zero stars. There is definitely a language problem, but even at that, they took no initiative to fix the problem. They have exhausted my ability to spend any more time on this. I do not recommend.

It took 3-4 days for the chair and footrest to fully expand; they were vacuum-packed for shipping. So, though it did come out of the package ready-to-use, it wasn't comfortable right away. Now, it's very firm and supportive. Not at all ergonomically correct but you can still be comfortable. I use the bottom of the footrest as a back support and I can work on my laptop in a comfortable, upright position. The fluffy texture adds a layer of softness to a room filled with corners and angles.

Amazing chair I love this chair. I love how soft it is. I love that it comes with a footstool so I can rest my feet on. This is big enough for adult this it may look small like a child size but this is big enough for adult I have this set up in my room if it’s in my room very nice. I love the fact that I could be in my room and not sit in my bed. I can sit in the chair and it sits me up so I can do the things that I can do. I can work on things that I need to work on. It’s very nice. Very easy set up is it is very heavy. I will tell you that it is very heavy. The package was very nice. It was still very nice like I said Blowing up wasn’t too hard. It was vacuum sealed in the bag so once I cut the bag open everything the inflated it filled up so it formed I’d say maybe it took took about 24 hours to inflate to the maximum very nice very soft. I really love this. It’s great. I’ve always wanted to beanbag that is so crazy. I was just thinking about looking into getting me one of those big being bad cause I really love it. This is this personalized just for me. It comes with a footstool so I can rest my foot if I don’t wanna rest my foot if I’m working on a few things, I can sit up on this with my laptop and handle a few business classes or whatever I need to do I really like this very soft very comfortable very worth it. I would definitely recommend getting one of these. I got mine in gray and the color that is on the picture. It’s very nice. It goes great with everything I have in my own room so I would definitely recommend.

This memory foam chair and ottoman arrived vacuum-sealed, making the unpacking process quite the adventure. The expansion was rapid, and I struggled to get it fully out of the zippered bag before it began inflating. Be prepared to wrestle with it a bit to get it unpacked! Once free, it quickly expanded to its full size. The chair itself is mostly comfortable, featuring a soft faux rabbit fur cover that feels soft. I was pleased to find no noticeable chemical odors from the memory foam. Its convertible design - where unzipping the center compartment transforms it into a small bed, is a clever and convenient feature. This makes it a great option for sleepovers or small spaces. However, the chair's backrest is lower than I expected. While okay for short time lounging, it doesn't provide substantial back support (that's an issue for me at 50 years old), making it more suitable for a child's frame. Ultimately, I passed it on to my 11-year-old son, who absolutely loves it. The size is perfect for him, and he enjoys both the chair and bed configurations.
