Good and sturdy, you have to take a tooth brush to clean the garlic out of the holes. Does not crush the garlic like a good garlic press does. I tossed this. Wasted most of the garlic cloves when trying to mash them.

I love this . Will be using garlic more now because this is a game changer . Works quickly and beautifully . No waste. Cleans easy . On occasion I use a toothpick to get a stray piece of garlic but still not a problem . So much better than those other annoying garlic “presses” . Like it is easier to clean than my other garlic press. Could be sharper as it requires some force to crush the garlic East to do larger quantities of garlic as opposed to one clove at a time with my other press

One might need to be a power lifter to use this item it requires so much strength to press even a small quantity of garlic. Don't waste your money. It doesn't push through enough minced garlic, is a pain to clean and the enclosed brush is an insult. The holes get filled with garlic that's difficult to remove and it is a time waster.
