It’s huge. I ended up putting 110lbs of foam and could honestly add more if I needed/wanted too. For now I’m gonna try it for awhile. My husband is 6’3 240lbs and it hold him and I together very comfortably. He sinks down more than me but he said it doesn’t other him. The material is very soft. I could definitely fall asleep on this easily. Don’t let the lack of reviews fool you. This is a good buy and I had zero issues with the zipper. If your doing it I strongly suggest you fill it where you intend to keep it. It is awkwardly heavy. My husband filled it himself with shredded memory foam. He said it was kinda of messy but he placed the foam bags inside the bean bag cover and opened them from inside to keep it minimal. Very glad we went this route instead of the $1500 lovesac we considered…

Bought this because the inner case (inside the cover that contained ALL of the foam pieces) of our huge foam bag chair ripped at some point, so I was unable to remove the outer cover for washing without spilling foam everywhere. I figured I'd transplant the huge quantity of foam pieces into this cover, then wash the old cover & store it away for when this new one required cleaning, then swip swap again. When I removed this from the packaging though, I had to reconsider my plan. The material, while very soft & comfy to lay on, was very thin & I had serious doubts that it could handle my teenage kids or husband flopping down on it & not ripping open & you could see how lumpy the inner material was through the thin fabric. So, I washed this new one, transplanted all of the guts from the old bean bag into this new one, washed the outer cover of my old one, and put the old cover back on. $70 was the price when I ordered this on July 10, and that is just ridiculous because no one would describe this material as faux fur. It's thin velour at best. The price has since been lowered to $50, which is more reasonable, but anger inducing for me, considering the fact that it's just a giant pillowcase with a very nice zipper system. In addition, I would not buy this with the intention of filling it with bags of separately purchased foam, unless you have someone on the inside giving you a sweet deal, because it would take A LOT of foam to fill this up. It's good for what I used it for, a replacement for the ripped inner lining of an existing foam chair. Three stars because of the pricing & misleading "faux fur" description.

Let's say that I hardly ever post negative reviews about the products I've purchased over the years. In this instance I feel more than compelled to do so about this item. When I removed bean bag from the box, I was struck by two things. For starters the material was very light weight and very thin. The images you see in the advertisement make it appear almost fleece like. It is not even close. Because it's so thin, I wouldn't expect this bean bag to last even under moderate use. Either the seams would burst, or the material would rip from a slight flaw or thin spot. Secondly, the box it came in claimed the bean bag was the 7' model. To verify this was true, I turned the bag inside out so I could see the seams. Then I laid it on the floor in a circle. (see images) I measured the bag from one side of the seam to the other. It measured in at 5' 5" across. This is when it went back into the box. Very disappointed. Bottom line. For what this item is made from, the amount of material used to manufacture it and the inexpensive zipper there is no way this is worth $79 dollars.

this thing is huge! had to get a ton of filler to get this to a reasonable fill level. It can get a bit heavy once filled so just remember to fill it near where you want it to stay. Kids just love it in their game room. Always on it to read their books or just relax.

Very soft and comfy cover for our bean bag. It can be put on without any struggle and it feels great when you sit on it. It can be taken off very easily and can be washed without any problem and put it back on.

Giant Bean Bag Chair Cover 5 ft - The first test was to wash it to see if it would hold up to a simple wash which it did without it falling apart! The stitching is tight and secure. The zipper is nice that it has an inner and an outer zipper to keep the stuffing from spilling out. The zippers are smooth and zip easy and does not get caught when closing or opening it. It is only the cover and fits over my existing foam bag with plenty of extra room. If you are going to fill it with foam pieces I would recommend you sew it into another insert rather than dumping it all loose in the bag! Sew it into old pillow cases, use an old sheet or even a large trash bag. It would be so messy and a pain when having to remove all the pieces to wash the cover.
