I picked up this bean bag to use as a reading lounger in my bedroom. It took around 48 hours to fully expand after opening, with lots of flipping and kneading to break up the compressed filling. You absolutely can leave it to expand on it's own, and it will, I was just trying ot make it as fluffy as possible. Once it settled, it became quite comfortable to sit and lie on. The cover is very soft to the touch, zips off easily, and can go in the wash, which makes it feel more practical for everyday use. Comfort-wise, it’s cozy but not super thick, so it works better for smaller bodies or shorter sessions if someone is heavier, since you can feel the floor a bit more than with a really overstuffed bag. The “3-in-1” claim is also a stretch in my opinion—they mainly mean laying it flat on the floor, propping it against a wall, or turning it on its side, which feels more like a minor position change than three different functions. It's also important to note that as of now, there is no independent chair frame available for the pillow sold alone. Pros: - Soft, comfortable cover that’s removable and machine washable - Fully fluffs up within about two days with some regular flipping and kneading - Comfortable to lounge on once expanded, especially for smaller or lighter users - Easy to move around and use in different rooms - Not terribly smelly compared to some furniture Cons: - Not as thick or plush as it could be, so adults or heavier users may feel the floor more - “3-in-1” is mostly about small position changes, not truly different configurations - Chair frame seemingly unavailable separately

So I didn't really expect this to be that big (even thought they did seemingly misrepresented the size to be even bigger on the photos) but it is actually quite big. However, it's not big enough for an adult to be comfortable on it if using it on the floor - I think it would really benefit from the support/chair item. The fabric is a solid color, and very cloudlike and soft, and the foam inside expands to a great degree. There is no assembly required - just cut open the bag with the provided tool and give it a day to fluff up. This is a pretty decent quality cushion to use as a large floor pillow and it is probably a lot more useful if you had kids!
