The button design on this otherwise strong and sturdy case are an absolute failure of a design. The metal buttons have space to sink into between both parts of this two part case and it makes turning on the screen, or changing the volume an absolute pain.

This case is pretty cool. I like the transparent back. I've had it for about a month now and the back is scratched up pretty badly just from being in pocket. It's not super noticeable though unless held under a light. The case fits just right and it feels pretty durable. The buttons are a little hard to press which is a downside but other than it being easily scratched up and the button issue it's a great case. I might continue ordering with this company on a different, higher up model case in the future. its sufficient for now though. ... show more

Pretty good case. It's getting beat up pretty quickly because of work and it seems to be protecting the phone well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the volume and power buttons are difficult to use.

The case shipped out and arrived quickly. It came unharmed, which is always a plus. I bought the phone case for my Samsung Note20 (Not the Ultra version). The case fit my phone as snug as a bug in a rug. Now, while I don't want to test the thing by dropping my new phone on purpose, I do honestly believe it will hold up and protect my phone if I do happen to drop it. The case feels safe and secure. I've never bought myself a case with a transparent back cover before but with the color I picked, it really works well with the color of my phone. The buttons on the side work fine with no issues. The pen is accessible without any problems. All in all, I really like the design and security of this case. I recommend this case. :) ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this case was. It's super easy to hold and very sleek without sacrificing safety. It has an open front so no need to worry about the fingerprint sensor. The pink color matches the bronze Note20 color near perfectly too which is exactly what I wanted. It's very easy for me to get the pen out as well, however I can see someone with bigger fingers or shorter nails having a hard time with it. There's nothing covering over the camera, but it has raised ridges so I would just be cautious about that as well. Honestly this is a great case. ... show more

Works great but was broken after my phone was thrown by accident at a construction site. The phone suffered no damage the case protected it spectacularly but it broke. I would however happily buy again. It felt great in my hand and was lightweight.
