The largest negative with regards to this mattress is the quality control. First mattress ordered unrolled but only expanded to ~80% after 5 days (without use). There is a slope left to right. For the price, this mattress is much better than I expected. I would have bought it as a slightly firmer density if that option was available, but I have been very comfortable sleeping on it so far. The packaging was simple and setup was idiot proof. Note: you will want to allow a full 72 hours for complete expansion after unpacking. I don't know if sleeping on sooner will warp the mattress or not, but it appeared completely expanded after about 48 hours, and had no creasing or visual indicators of compression after 72. I have been really impressed with this mattress so far. My back no longer hurts from sleeping on too soft or too firm of a mattress. I think it’s the perfect combination of soft and firm. It was really easy to undo and set up.

I bought two of these (have bought ghost mattresses in the past and loved them). Neither of the twins fully expanded on one side so they are about 9" on one long side and 5" on the other. I have tried emailing and calling the numbers and contacts given on the amazon site - the phone number person says they can't help me because I purchased on Amazon so use the email support - email support has NEVER responded. It was time for a new mattress. But, What to get? I didn't want a coil spring mattress. Air bed again? Maybe! Let's try a foam mattress. I got a great price on this 10" foam mattress. Unrolled it. Bed is reasonably firm with the top memory foam layers quite comfortable. But although advertised as being 10" tall, after 4 full days out of the packaging when it wasn't used at all, it only measures a little over 8" tall. I think this foundation and matress bundle is a really great deal for the price, and am keeping it for a guest room. It was incredibly easy to put together the foundation and to unpack the queen size mattress, all by myself. There was a glitch with delivery. The seller responded very quickly and took care of it in a very satisfying and responsive way. Kudos to the customer service team. However, it is advertised as a 10" mattress. Mine is not. The instructions say it can take 24-48 hours to expand fully after opening. Mine has been open and plumping up for a little more than 48 hours now, and it ranges from 8.75 to 9 inches thick. The product description says "Note: manufacturing tolerance is 1,” so I guess I wasn't mislead. However, buyers should know that it is a thin, and not especially dense, mattress. Others commented that they found their mattresses firm, but I found mine to be a bit squishy, probably due to thinness, and sitting on the side (e.g., to put on shoes) is a bit of a gamble. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and really satisfied to have found a guest room bed and foundation at such a great price, that was easy to order, easy to deal with seller, easy to assemble and that functions well enough. ... show more
