I have tried so many melting chocolates and this one is the best! I melt it in the microwave at 40% power. Super simple! It is very yummy and makes gorgeous chocolate covered strawberries.

Well, my dog was able to smell the chocolate through the plastic bag! She tore into it after it was delivered on our front porch (hadn’t been an issue in the past). However, my dog ate the entire 2 bags of chocolate! So, I suggest shipping food items in boxes! I’m just glad we didn’t have a huge get bill! ... show more
