I was a little nervous about ordering a product from a company I hadn’t heard of before, but after watching a few very positive review videos I pulled the trigger and ordered. Straight away - this thing is SOLID. It’s just about all metal on the outside, not a bunch of cheap plastic. It was also very easy to use, but you should have an idea how you like your pour over because it’s not exactly for someone who wants to push a button and have their coffee, or at least be willing to experiment and learn. The grinder works fantastic - maybe a little bit finer than I was expecting and had to dial the setting back a bit but overall very nice and very even grind and it definitely isn’t going to ruin your coffee. I’ve had a few cups of coffee from this so far and I can honestly say this blows my mochamaster out of the water. The coffee tastes smooth and I can actually taste all of the flavor notes. I’ve ordered some third wave water to complete my setup but it works just fine already with RO water and my JBC coffee. This is exactly what I was looking for. It is a pour over, yet I can also steep the coffee if I like. I can also make cold brew! I have gotten rid of my drip coffee maker, as I can make coffee in under 4 minutes with this. I make a thermos and now take it to work. So much better than the office coffee and I will save some serious money. Sorry big national coffee chain. I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it.
