Disappointed completely black screen won’t turn on or charge and all on the first day. Wasted my money for a sim card payment which is higher than advertised on this app and can’t get it back . Wish this would have worked and also the zoning was very difficult to set parameters

Some users have experienced difficulties finding the SIM card slot or connecting the watch to their phones. The instructions provided can be confusing, but once set up, the watch works well. The charger connection may feel a bit tenuous, but overall, it is a well-designed watch with nice features for kids to enjoy and grow into. While it may be a bit heavy for some, the watch offers great functionality and is a smart choice for children. However, the cost is a bit high, which is why I gave it a 4-star rating. Am one of those parents that doesn’t believe in giving a child a phone until they’re in their teenage years. Call me old school. Yet wanted to be able to be reached in case of emergency. I love that I can control this via my phone. Functional ? Flawless . Love the features. The app is not very helpful. My kid is receiving spam text messages at school, and you can't turn it off. The SOS mode locks out any calls, even the emergency ones, so there are random noises during school hours unless it is completely off. The watch seems fine, but the parental controls from the app leave a lot to be desired.

This watch uses speedtalk mobile. This website WILL sell your CC info within 2 weeks of you putting your information in. They will then proceed to fraudulently charge your credit card. This happened 3 times and we have investigated each time and it points to this website. DO NOT buy this and use their SIM CARD with Speedtalk mobile you will get fraudulent charges. Find something else or see if a legitimate SIM Card will work.
