So it's a good watch for first kids smartwatch. I used my own sim. It's impossible to type text messages...my biggest issue is GPS tracking is every 10 minutes...which is an issue for our needs. Otherwise ...it is easy to use and seems durable. Fit my 11 year old fine

I bought for my daughter and I think it is an useful tool. The only problem is that the battery doesn’t last long and that can be a problem when your child has a busy schedule. The seller was able to correct couple issues which was helpful. The watch itself looks nice enough, maybe a bit large for small wrists. The main reason for a low review is this was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, took it into Verizon to have it working for her and it was NOT compatible, this should be noted somewhere! You can join with speed talk for $55 a month, What a joke, when it should have only cost around $10-$14 thru other carriers with your phone plan. Needless to say it’s being returned and will go with one from the dealer for less $, I might add! Now we shall see how the refund works. UPDATE, watch company did respond back to me regarding the issue, however we went with one from Verizon..will change rating to two stars ... show more
