I got this especially for my 11 year-old grandson who usually spends hours at a time playing on his XBox. I wanted to get something that would hold his attention for a while....that would get him out of his room. This little stunt car does the trick (in more ways than one). The RC stunt vehicle is adaptable; it can be controlled either by conventional controller, or by the included gesture-sensitive controller that attaches to the wrist. Although it is difficult to control the car using either method, the challenge makes it fun (but can be frustrating, too). This RC can crawl sideways as well as forward or reverse, but not terribly fast. Hard surfaces are best to run on because on grass, it really slows down. The controller requires two AA batteries (not included); but the wrist-mounted controller runs on a coin type battery which is included. A rechargeable lithium battery controls the RC and two batteries, along with a USB charging cable, are included. Battery life on the RC is very good and last for about 2-3 hours of play. This RC is a lot of fun once you get over the difficulty in operating it.

I love this remote control car. The item description mentions this remote control car is for "age 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 Year Old", & the box says 3+, but it's really for any age, my 3 years old nephew loves playing with it, & so would any adult. It's a fun remote control car. The car can be used in 2 modes, one where the car lies flat, & one where sits a bit higher similar to an off-road car. It has 2 control modes, a remote control and gesture sensor control. The remote control works great, the gesture sensor control is fun, but doesn't always work smoothly. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries for the car (1 spare), & the remote control takes 2 AA batteries (not included).

This little RC car is so much fun! I like to use the regular controller and my kids like the gesture sensing. Easy to work. So much fun to play. Runs for about 25 mins before needing to swap batteries. Love that it comes with a spare so you can continue the fun. Highly recommend.

I had brought this to a Memorial Day party at a friend's house. It was a hit with the older crowd with the younger children getting a kick out of watching it do the tricks or as the men tried to do the tricks. Unfortunately, the remote car was lost in the woods or lake or somewhere and I ended up having to come home without the car. Just the remote and the charger. All in all, I highly recommend this as it's a fun time for both young and old.

The hand control worked perfect and the remote works perfect as well! Super cool and it even lights up! It has a quiet mode on the car too so it’s not as loud! Charges quick and lasts awhile! It keeps my 5 year old entertained for sure! 10/10

Had my grandkids over to play and this is a hit. Turned off the lights and drove it all over the room. Very well made and sturdy. One grandkid stepped on it and it still works. Two batteries help so one can charge.

My 6 year old grandson spends hours at a time playing with this RC stunt vehicle. It is very adaptable, and can be controlled either by a conventional RC controller, or by the included gesture-sensitive controller that attaches to the user's wrist. It is difficult to control this unit using either method, which is both good and bad, as it is challenging but can be frustrating. One of the unique features of this RC vehicle is that it can crawl sideways as well as forward or reverse. It is not terribly fast, but runs well on a hard surface. On grass it bogs down and does not run well at all. The RC controller requires 2 AA batteries, not included. The wrist-mounted gesture-sensitive controller runs on a coin battery which is included. The vehicle itself runs on a rechargeable lithium battery, of which 2 are included, along with a USB charging cable. Battery life on the lithium battery is very good, lasting for about 2 hours of play. This is a fun unit and a good value, but I am subtracting 1 star due to the difficulty in operating it.
