This is such a great product!! I have been using the brush side daily with a facial balm. I love how deep it cleans, and its also super relaxing. I feel like my face has been much smoother, with more even skin tone, and less puffy since I started incorporating it into my routine. It also charges easily. I lie it on a towel to try and then apply the magnetic charger to the product. I have noticed that it doesn't need to be charged very often, and recently took it on a trip and didn't charge it for an entire week and was fine. I have used the warming side with a few of my facial masks and feel like it really helps to open the pores and allow the product to be more easily absorbed.

This device is superb! I have used many scrubs on my skin to cleans and open my pores. They all feel so abrasive. This Facial Brush is awesome because it is super gentle, yet it goes very deep and clears the pores fully. I see the difference right away. I have had many black heads disappeared though I know how deep they were. My skin feels so smooth after I use this product and I also noticed that my moisturizer absorbs even better after I use this product. Beautifully done.

•Overall Impression: -It does give a gentle, sonic vibration cleanse with the soft, silicone bristles that's excellent and it performs very well as a cleansing brush. -The heat feature on the back side (not on the front with the bristles, that side has no heat) is excellent and it heats up impressively warm and quickly and over a large area. It's far better than ones with silicone heating plates, this one has a large metal heating plate. -However, it has a serious issue that may be a safety issue with the magnetic charger that worries me. It doesn't charge in a charging cradle or base, the magnetic charger goes on the device itself. -The issue is one I've never seen before and that I find troubling and have serious safety concerns. If you put the charger on it incorrectly, since it's magnetic it won't attach properly. That's to be expected and you're likely safer to not plug it into the USB charger until it's properly seated. -The issue that wasn't expected and that I've never seen on any other device before this one, is what happens when you do get the magnetic charger properly aligned and in place. It's poorly designed in that it won't stay on properly and is top-heavy and tilts during charging. It's not only top heavy, but the area is slightly curved vs flat where the magnetic charger sits on the brush. It immediately tends to tilt (the magnetic charger) when placed onto the device properly. It tilts and lifts off the device during charging, you risk it not only tilting but falling off during charging. It’s very unstable during charging. -What concerns me is the potential risk for shock and electrical issues and possible danger. The magnetic charger won't properly sit flat and securely on the brush during charging, it tilts off of it (due to a curve on the brush and the charger being top heavy) almost instantly (when properly placed). Adjusting it doesn’t help, it just falls right back over and tilts. You can see the tilt and the gap from the tilt on the leaning, tilted charger as it sits on the device. I could not find a good way to get it to stop tilting and lifting off the device. It should sit flat and flush on it, but it is poorly designed and can not. It tilts, almost falls off (easily could fall off during charging) and lifts during charging. It's in no way a standard or secure, proper fit on the magnetic charger, and I find it worrying. I can’t recommend it due to this issue. • Pros-what I liked and what worked well: -Very nice quality of the brush overall. -Comes with a magnetic charger (but it has serious issues). Sealed so water doesn't get into the charger. -Soft silicone bristles that aren't too rough. -Gives a good cleanse with sonic vibration massage. -Rechargeable -Impressively fast and warm heat function on the opposite side (no heat under the cleaning bristles) (the button for heat is on that side, not the cleansing side) on the large metal heating plate. It gets impressively warm and has a large heat area. -Has no unpleasant scent to it. -Can be used with an app, but doesn't have to be. • Cons-what I didn’t like and what didn’t work well: -The magnetic charging area has serious issues with instability of the charger, difficulty getting it to stay on, and not tilt or fall off during charging. It's top heavy and sitting on a curved area and isn't secure or flat on the brush during charging. I had extreme difficulty with this. And due to this, could not recommend it overall. I worry it is a safety issue that could cause shock or electrical problems due to this during charging. It tilts, falls off and lifts off the brush during charging and adjusting it doesn’t make it more stable, it just shifts again. • Tips & Thoughts: -If it didn't have the charger issue, I would have rated it much higher. I can't recommend it overall due to the charger issue. Even though it does perform well in cleansing and has an impressively warm, impressively fast heat function.
