I bought this item in a Lightening Deal and for what I paid the rug is well worth the price. The colors are very nice, and you can just hose it off anytime. It certainly has brightened up the deck in my backyard. I cannot say anything about it’s longevity, but it feels very sturdy. If I do have any issues I will present them here. So far I am completely satisfied and would buy again. UPDATE: May 12, 2019 I have had this outdoor rug for over two months. It has been rained on many times and so far the rug is holding up great. LOVE this rug! I bought 2 to fit my space perfectly. Rug is thin, but I believe will hold up well as it looks to be very well-made. Mine are under roof cover, but definately will be easy to wash off & dry. Not sure why description says tan sand dollars & starfish on GREEN base. DEFINATELY not green. It's a very pretty BLUE, which is what I was hoping for from the pics. QUICK shipping...ordered 14th, and received on the 18th! Comes simply rolled & wrapped in heavy plastic. Easy to upwrap, delivered in perfect condition. Had several creases from being rolled, but those have all disappeared within 2 days of laying flat. Highly recommend if looking for tropical! My pics shows accurate colors.

This was the perfect choice for our beach house deck. The color was true to the picture and exactly what I wanted. The rug is well made, lays flat and I think it will wear well. (Ours has only been down a month!)

Edit/update: After a few months in the sun the rug lays perfectly flat and still looks great. So much easier to roll out a rug than to wash/etch/paint a concrete patio! Probably last longer as well. Have a nice pattern without using paint and over-priced stencils. Soft on the feet and cool when the sun's beating on it. Only issue is the wrinkles - it's nice not to spend the extra money to roll onto a tube that will just be thrown away. However... it would be nice if they actually rolled it instead of kind of folding it (sloppy rolling job that results in lateral 'slats', about 4" wide.) They're not a tripping hazard nor even really noticeable when standing up and looking down. They are readily apparent when looking from a shallow angle. Not terribly concerned about my application, I'm certain the sun and usage will flatten it soon enough. I can understand others not appreciating the wrinkles though.

I spent a little more than I initially wanted to for an outdoor rug, but I really hit the jackpot on this one. The quality is amazing. It does not feel plastic-like, is comfortable under bare feet, dries quickly, and lays perfectly flat. It came out of the packaging with bends and folds in it but after a few days outside it flattened out wonderfully. The pattern matches my chairs so nicely too! I'm so happy I can walk on my deck barefoot again! It is very old and splintery and my only regret is not buying a bigger rug! You will definitely be happy with your purchase of Gertmenian.

I had a rug for my living room that looked great, but was long-pile, difficult to vacuum or clean. I have two cats, one of whom sometimes has "accidents" and also likes to scratch furniture a lot. She was leaving inappropriate deposits and pee occasionally and the rug was hard to clean. So I decided I needed something new, pleasant looking but not too expensive. I purchased this one, and although it is lighter in color than I expected, it looks great, clean up is easy and the cat shows no sign of wanting to pee on it, as well. Also, she sharpens her claws on it from time to time and it is like iron in resisting her claws. It has been a change for the better!

We recently finished our patio and since it’s the end of July, finding outdoor rugs in stores is a bit of a challenge. Found this beach themed rug on Amazon and ordered it to go under my outdoor furniture. It has a slight smell, but I am sure it will go away eventually since it is outside. Dogs walked across it with muddy paws and I was able to wipe up the prints quite easily. It just endured its first rain and it is drying up nicely. Overall I am very pleased and I hope it will hold up for a few seasons!
