Description

The ECCO M BIOM® Hybrid 4 BOA is made in durable ECCO leather with a micro- perforated embossing and GORE-TEX waterproof technology to keep your feet dry even in wet weather. The new ECCO MTN GRIP outsole features our signature FLUIDFORM™ Technology, as well as a smart-looking PU midsole with TPU inserts on either side that securely hug your foot and offer added stability while you're on the green. The elevated appearance and understated design will ensure you look good on and off the course.

I started wearing Ecco dress shoes about 20 years ago. I knew them to be exceptionally comfortable and of great quality. My first couple pairs of golf shoes were FootJoy and Adidas. They were OK, but then I tried Ecco Biom shoes about 6 years ago and have never gone back. I had been wanting to try some BOA shoes for a while, so when I saw these I decided to try them even though I didn't need a new pair of golf shoes yet. I did find they ran a bit tight, but have since loosened up. These are very comfortable, and I love the BOA system. With my previous shoes I would usually just slip them on/off and only occasionally re-lace them. With BOA I am loosening and tightening them every time. It works great. I don't know that this has translated to improved performance on the course, but the shoes broke in quickly, are comfortable, and the BOA system is a real value-add for me. ... show more

I love the look and the fit. The Boa system makes the fit perfect. Only negative is these shoes are a bit on the heavy side. That’s why I gave them 4 stars….

This would be the second pair of ECCO's I've owned. 7-8yrs between pairs, but still using my first pair. I have a wide foot and the only shoe that's comfortable on me is either Skechers or the ECCOS. My new pair of ECCOS is the same size as my old pair but run @1/2 size larger which is ok with my wide foot. Also I believe in they're water proofing, my old pair still keep my feet dry (I do mink oil them) all the other pairs of shoes I've owned usually lose their water proofing after a year or two. Haven't been able to try them on the course yet because I live the UP of Michigan and we still have snow on the ground ... show more

One of Ecco's strong suits is the consistency of its shoe sizing. I know a size 44 by Ecco will fit me perfectly, regardless of model. This golf shoe is very comfortable, provides excellent stability when swinging a club and hitting a golf ball, and good traction, even in wet conditions. The tops of my old Ecco's wore out before the soles did. They are more expensive, but in the long run, prove to be a good value. ... show more
