Don't know how these are supposed to come, but mine had no box, just bubble wrap. Appears new, no scuffs. Tripped the dreaded red-green flash on the charger on first charge, but can't swear the problem isn't my aged charger. Unplug and re-plug, and it charged and works fine. Label on bottom says 43 Wh, which at 12 volts would be (43/12) 3.6 amp-hours. Works great anyway. I have a couple Chinese batteries that work great too, and one that didn't. For 40 bucks, glad to have the genuine article. Handles the kind of jobs I need it for. ... show more
