Other folks have said that the letter is stiff and smells funny. It clearly never owned a quality piece. Yes, it was stiff when I got it and had a smell. That smell, that stiffness, it's leather. GORGEOUS BAG!! I love the colors, they are so rich and vibrant, and the quality is wonderful!! Purse looked really nice and was well made but the color was not as pictured. I ordered the blue mixed color and it turned out the solid part was almost black and there was more of that color than any of the brighter colors. This purse was a Mother's Day gift. It was expensive....The quality is cheap! The leather is hard as a rock! I would like to return it and get a better quality purse. I would not recommend this purse to anyone@
