I bought my first set last year and I knew I had to get another set this year. They are very small, shot glass size, but they live up to all of the things listed on the box-- multi colored, timer options, and remote controlled. Also, when the batteries ran out on my candles the replacements were very easy to find. One of the best things about them is the fact that you CAN use them for other holidays--just spin them around so you can't see the little jack-o-lantern faces and you are all set. My only complaint would be that the little faces painted on the front tend to be a bit scratched through/coming off in places, and that was true for both purchases. The battery is not held tightly in the "candle" body which causes the lights to start flashing/flickering. I hope I can figure out a way to remedy this because the candles are cute and very bright. I am on day 2, used them for just a couple of hours on day 1, and 2 out of 6 are not working correctly. Of course, I just opened them for Halloween decorating and they are out of the return policy. I would not purchase these again. Hopefully the manufacturer can figure out a way to remedy this for other people in the future. **Updated** The company sent me another set of candles and these are much better! I appreciate how they went out of their way to correct this...even though my review was "old" and I didn't request anything. ... show more

Votive candles are smaller than l expected. These ARE cute, and seem sturdy (?) but too expensive - even for the “sale” price I eventually, reluctantly paid for it ($11.51 on 12/2/23). The fact that it - understandably - takes pill batteries, proves it’ll cost loads more than it’s worth in the long run, because those suckers ain’t cheap! All in all, cute, but if you’re poor like me, save your money for something more reasonable (in price and construction). ... show more

Products like these are why I always wait awhile and really use it to give it a review. They are pretty small but that’s on me bc I didn’t read the dimensions. Their faces are easily damaged like 3 of mine are already starting to fade. I’ve only been using them for a couple of months they shouldn’t be fading. They die so so SOOOOO fast. I have them on a timer so they are being used 24/7 and I still have to change the batteries after a week. I have them on a set color and no flashing - just steady on for 4 hours. When it’s starting to get low on battery life they change to red and the remote doesn’t work for them anymore. They are more of a hassle than they are worth. I wouldn’t buy these again ... show more

Cute but poor quality. 2 barely work and just flicker. Get what you pay for. ****Update - the company reached out and sent me a new set of candles very quickly. So far, the new set is much more stable and no flickering yet - all seem to be in perfect working condition. I really appreciate the seller making the effort to correct the issue I had and am very pleased with their communication. ... show more
