It worked great the first two times. The last time we used it, it ripped at one of the leg pole openings. The assembly was easy for my boyfriend and cleaning it easy. The value is ok, we were able to fix the tear using an air mattress repair kit.

I love the size. I'm a 5'7" woman ~170lbs and I can sit comfortably cross legged or with my knees up. I have a corner shower with juuuust enough space for this! The water stayed warm for longer than 30 minutes, and it was easy to fill with the handheld shower head. Easy to put together, very sturdy, and high quality plastic and aluminum for the price. Drains nicely, too. I had it over the drain so that slowed it down, but once I put the drain hose under the tub, it was done in less time than 5 minutes. You have to finish draining it from the bottom and I recommend you wipe it over once with a towel to assist in drying it out. Minimal hassle to use and I am looking forward to using it more. Totally worth it.

This is my second tub like this, and it fulfills my desire to take a bath even though our current house doesn’t have one, so I am thankful, but the bottom will eventually start to retain water so it has to go into a container that it can drain into. It fits perfectly in my shower though, and I will still probably buy a third since we are not set to move for another year. For the money, it is absolutely worth it if bathing is important to you.

Why I love my portable soaker tub: 1. I have no tub, just a small shower. As you can see, this lovely soaker tub fits perfectly in it. I am 5' tall and I fit perfectly in it too! Plenty of room to move around; I can sit with legs stretched out comfortably. See how a spare vacuum cleaner pipe is used to support the drainage which is directly underneath the tub; I kept stepping on it. This works perfectly! 2. Aqua Therapy ~ much better to soak my aching shoulder (and other old bones) than a standard tub, no more water-logged ears! I can rotate my shoulder comfortably; you can't do that in a tub. 3. Essential oil soak ~ aroma therapy and skin treatment. I can really get my zen on! 4. All while relaxing in my candlelit soaker while listening to music or watching Utube. My cat and her baby like it too. 5. Hot spa inside during the freezing winter; I keep my thermostat at 65°. With my immersible heater I can reheat and jump in multiple times a day. 6. Hot spa outside during the hot summer; place it next to my 18"x8' wading pool, I run hot water from my washer hookup. 7. I needed to contact the seller, and sent them a message. They were very prompt, courteous and helpful! I can keep going but I'll stop here; I think you get the picture. At this price, treat yourself or someone you love, even if they have a standard tub. So easy to set up, clean and put away, doesn't take up much space.

-All pieces were present, plus some extras -Easy to assemble and fill (I've been able to fill it close to the top) -Easy to drain (when outside or when drain holes are placed OVER a tub drain--very important) I've used this once for a warm bubble bath and twice as a small pool outside during hot weather. So far, it's amazing!! As a short person, it has plenty of room for me. It's durable and hasn't leaked. Overall it's great, but I'll update this if I encounter any problems. One thing I will warn against is the drainage issue when used in a stand-up shower and when it's filled halfway or more: you MUST be sure to line up the product's drain spout to your shower's drain hole or the water weight will block the shower drain and prevent drainage.
