There are many different versions of this type of equipment available for purchase. This one is by far the best one I have used. Adequate amount of liquid, easy to compress the bulb with one hand, and the nozzle has small holes in several places so that the entire colon is cleansed on every "shot." BTW, I'm a man, and the device works very well for men, despite it being touted on the Amazon website as being "for women."

It’s oh so velvety on my…. Um, it does the job. The dousche-nozzle (how many times does one ever get to write that word and actually have it mean that word) stays in place because it screws on instead of just pushes in. It’s sturdy enough, but I don’t feel like I just had an arm wrestling contest with a big ol’ wrestler…. Named BuhBuh.

This nozzle on this douche bulb is so flimsy that it is completely useless. This type of product needs to have at least a little bit of stiffness to allow insertion. The tiniest pressure caused the nozzle to fold.

The quality of the bottle itself is great and holds plenty of liquid. But the tip is hard and feels like it has rips. You'll definitely need lots of lubricant and use finger or so to loosen up.
