Squeeze bulb gently to flush solution into bowel. Retain solution as long as possible before relaxing the muscles to release contents of bowel. Repeat process if necessary.

It was leaking out the sides after using it the first time. Not happy to have all the water leaking as I am trying to clean. Got it because I wanted more capacity for water, and well.... I should have gone with another options. It was cheap so not that much of a loss, because whose going to return a used douche.. but. Lastly, the top is to big, and with the star like shape, doesn't push in well... save ur money and get something else.

There are many different versions of this type of equipment available for purchase. This one is by far the best one I have used. Adequate amount of liquid, easy to compress the bulb with one hand, and the nozzle has small holes in several places so that the entire colon is cleansed on every "shot." BTW, I'm a man, and the device works very well for men, despite it being touted on the Amazon website as being "for women."

The quality of the bottle itself is great and holds plenty of liquid. But the tip is hard and feels like it has rips. You'll definitely need lots of lubricant and use finger or so to loosen up.
