Doesn't work very well.
This generator isn't worth the money. It can't output the stated working load and doesn't even come close to handling the stated peak load without tripping the breaker and losing power. It's big enough to handle a fair amount of load, but not what it claims. The true claims are the size and weight. It's very large and heavy for a portable generator, as the descriptions accurately state. It wheels around easily. The handles and lifting bracket are very cheap. The lifting bracket can't be tightened down so it stays in one place. I tightened the bolts until they started to bend the brackets, and it still slid around, making it very dangerous to lift or hoist off the ground. If it's not perfectly balanced, the lifting bracket could slide to one side or the other. It's very cheaply made, so if that happened, I'm guessing it would break given how heavy the generator is. I had to hoist it to its storage location and ended up using a four-point chain hoist, connecting everything underneath the generator. The lifting bracket is useless. Not worth the price. Spend just a little more and get one of the better, more proven brands. I ended up selling this for pennies on the dollar to a small engine guy who was going to make a project out of it. No one else would buy it after testing it, and I don't blame them. ... show more

Buyer Beware!!!
The Absolutely worst customer service!!! Have been been dealing with a bad unit since late February. They sent out a mobile technician 4 different times and kept throwing parts at it hoping it would fix the generator. Pretty sure the parts are being shipped from China on a dinghy because you have to wait at least a month for them to arrive. After all the wasted time on the parts and the technician, which I had to pay out of pocket for, they came to the conclusion that they would replace the entire unit. That boat must have sank because I was told a month ago by Oscar that he would have a tracking number within two days...still waiting for that. Just got off of the phone with Tristan and he said he will get with Oscar and get back to me...YEAH RIGHT!!!! At this point I just want my $5,000.00 back so I can by a unit from a local business. Buyer beware, this is a company with a major talent for giving the customer the run around!!! ... show more

Heavy and front needs Wheels too
Good and heavy generator needs front wheels as well so it's easier to move. The supports do not do justice to the 300 lb that it takes to lift and move.

Run away, far, far, away like a bird...
I have Owned this piece of crap for probably two months now. I've already had to clean the spark plug because oil was getting past the rings. It won't stay started. You've got 30 days to return it but once you've used it you can't return it no matter what At least that's what they say. So I wouldn't buy it if I were you I paid full price for it and they've got it on sale for a reason. It's a piece of crap. ... show more
