  • Generac electric start won’t work
The electric start feature wouldn’t work even after days of charging the battery. I called Generac customer service & was not satisfied. An easy fix would have been to send me a new charger and/or battery. Instead, I was told I have to contact a repair co. Which is 30 miles from my home. Then I was told I would have to bring the generator to their shop (I’m 72 years old). Very unsatisfied with after purchase service ... show more
