The media could not be loaded. My husband works 12hr shifts into the nights on an open dock where it gets really cold and with that Texas cold front coming in i decided to buy him a good jacket to help keep him warm as sometimes he works into the early morning hours. He hasn't tested it in the cold just yet but he does layer up with thermals, skincare mask or scarf and gloves that I've bought him. As the cold iut here can get sharp sometimes. It is very great quality, the out part most definitely feels wind and water resistant, the inner part has a lot of pockets and a mesh lined pocket and the upper chest and hood are lined with faux fur/fleece like material. The sizing was True to size. So far we reccomend it. Will update review if anything changes or if anything otherwise from this review. Update: Husband has been using this all week and he says the although he does wear like 3 layers of clothes (tank, thermals and a tshirt) he no longer needs to layer on 2 sweaters in 30 degree HoustoN weather. He says all he throw on top is this jacket and it keeps him very warm. So warm sometimes he gets kind of hot (and he does normally run hot but when temps drop he does get cold) but with this Jacket he said he can now work comfortably and doesn't even zip it up as he tend to get a little hot in it. It poured last night and kept him warm and Dry. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

This GEMYSE Ski Jacket is spectacular. Honestly, it outperforms my Oakley Ski Jacket which cost nearly 4x as much. Pros: - Incredibly Warm: This jacket is a beast when it comes to keeping you warm. The thick faux fur lining and quality insulation make it perfect for even the coldest winter days. - Thumb Sleeves: These are a game-changer for keeping snow out when you're wearing gloves. They create a snug fit around your wrists, preventing any cold air from sneaking in. - Tons of Pockets: Whether you need to store your phone, wallet, snacks, or other essentials, this jacket has you covered with plenty of internal and external pockets. - Interior Faux Fur Lining: The plush lining adds an extra layer of warmth and comfort, making it feel like a cozy hug on the inside. - Removable Hood: This is a great feature for versatility. I am 5.11' and 185Lb athletic build, I am normally a Large and I bought a large. It fits great with sufficient space to wear a thicker long sleeve shirt type underneath. The flex on it is great if reaching from side to side etc.. It is also warm and wind resistant since I use it for powered paragliding. Price is a no brainer compared to other more expensive jackets. This is a great warm jacket with some bad ass color configurations. I am not using this for everyday use and I trust it will serve me well for many seasons! I love the thumb hole cuff and the fact you can remove the hoodie. Anyway, FANTASTIC jacket all around! THE ONLY THING IS , the inside flap large basket pocket could have been made stronger, other than placing light stuff in it, I wouldn't trust it. Side pockets are warm and large. All other zip pockets both inside and out are good for any cell phone size or wallet! Highly recommend.

I purchased one of these a few years back and recently purchased another one. The zipper on my first coat broke but I think that was more my fault than a design or quality issue with the coat. I'd buy it again, And I did!

This jacket is a quality product , it’s smart looking,wears well,has plenty of pockets ,detachable hood ,true to size… and oh so warm. It’s definitely warm enough for a ski jacket and attractive enough to wear as everyday wear. My husband likes it so much he has three colors Black, Grey and Red. It washes well warm water ,tumble in dryer under delicate for a couple of minutes then take out and hang dry. You can spot clean when needed… I would highly recommend this jacket.. shipping is free as usual Amazon is the best…

My son loves this coat! Rarely does a coat last us 2 seasons. This coat is still a great coat except the front zipper is now broken. My son did not want a new one, protesting that the rest of the coat is still in great condition!! He wore it all winter and surprisingly a lot in the summer too. (Alaska) I asked him for a list that he likes about this one: Wind proof, water proof, lots of usable pockets, warm, long sleeves, long enough for his long torso, blue. Then, thankfully, I found this same coat again; because it was a surprisingly tough list, especially for a reasonable price. We are both so happy it is on its way!!
