I just looked at both side by side and there are some small differences. Firstly, the Y shaped hard plastic has a nipple on it for the hose that goes to your oil filler neck, it is not as thick as OEM. That said watch out make sure you keep an eye on it and check the union when you change your oil perhaps. Secondly, the hose clamps that came in my kit are very light duty. Not to nit pick, but the adjustment screws backed out on 3 out of 4 of the clamps and fell apart. The strap is also noticeably thinner and felt less quality than I was comfortable with. Your old clamps work well with the boots so use them instead. ... show more

Better than my stock intake tubing. Doesn't have the nasty carbon buildup on the outside that gets on my skin every time I work on the engine. Comes with all necessary clamps, which are my only issue. The clamps are sharp on the corners and I cut myself multiple times trying to maneuver around and get to tightening the clamps. The part to tighten it can be in difficult spots and I had to take the clamp off and turn the other way. Other than that it connects fine and works great. ... show more
