I bought these for night driving to reduce the glare of oncoming cars. They work pretty well, and definietly cut down on the glare from headlights. They look good and fit well over my smaller style glasses, but not all of them. Anything chunky or like a cat eye shaped doesn't fit as well.

For some reason I thought these would minimize or eliminate the halos or starbursts from oncoming headlights. They do not do this. However, they do cut the brightness of these newer headlights, without interfering with vision. I can say my eyes were more comfortable with them. And I was happy that they fit over each of my eyeglasses.

The night (yellow lenses) eyeglasses fit over my regular glasses comfortably, and take away the distortion of my vision by bright lights. I highly recommend the to anyone who drives at night. And yes, even driving on dark winding mountain roads is a challenge when an occasional car faces you when you round a hilly curve! Drive Westward into the sunset? The glasses will help!

I saw no difference in glare when I was driving. The style is very nice, fits comfortably over glasses and is secure. The brown tortoise is good looking. Just did not work for me.
