This small aquarium is a nice looking tank and works well as long as you go into it with the right expectations. The size is decent for a single fish setup, and one thing I really like is how clear the tank is. The white trim around it is also a nice touch because it breaks up the lines a bit and gives it a cleaner, more finished look instead of just being a plain glass box. A feature that really stands out is the drain hole at the bottom. That makes water changes a whole lot easier since you’re not trying to lift and tip a tank with a couple gallons of water in it. That alone makes this way more practical for everyday use. The height is good too, so if you add some substrate and a few plants, there’s still enough swimming room left for a fish to be comfortable. That said, this is definitely on the smaller side. I would treat it as a tank for one fish, maybe something like a betta, rather than trying to stock it with multiple fish and hoping for the best. This is not the tank to start building some underwater city in. Keep it simple and it makes a lot more sense. The only thing I’d point out is that the listing image can make it look like it comes with plants and substrate, but it does not. It’s just the tank. That was partly on me for not reading closely enough, but it’s still worth mentioning so nobody else gets ahead of themselves picturing the full setup. We have a "class pet" at my office; a beta fish that one of my coworkers brought in with a smaller tank. One of my other coworkers brought in a bunch of decorations for the tank but the one we had was way too small so we could only fit a few of them. When I saw this, I knew I had to pitch in and ordered right away so that our little guy could have more decorations and more space to move around. He does seem a little happier, and the tank looks so much more fun with the added decorations, and I'm grateful to have been able to contribute to that ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Came scratched up and dirty not as clear as i would like and seems to be made cheaply. I am unsure if its usable it has the scratches but we will try. As for the size it is as expected
