  • Takes out the plastic fasteners without damage
For the long time I've been always attempting to take out the plastic screws around the wheel well, in the engine bay all with a screw driver, and I'll say it right now, it's so damn annoying to do so. Looking back now, I just wish I bought this damn tool instead lol the KD Push Pin pliers works like a charm. The two angled ends comes in and simply push out the plastic fastener with ease. I've used this many times so far and no issues, no damage done so far. I really do like this tool and strongly recommend any DIY'er to buy it asap ... show more

  • Awesome push pin pliers!!!!
These are really good push pin pliers. If your looking for this tool then you know what it's for...LOL But just in case, these are meant for the plastic pins that hold in the splash guards underneath the cars and you have to remove it to do a simple oil change. This tool helps you to remove the push pins without damaging them. Without this tool you can spend precious time just trying to remove those pins safely with the wrong tools such as a small flat head screwdriver and some thin pliers or dikes. Get these if you what want to get the job done right and a lot faster and get on with you life.. LOL With out them, it's a headache. I think only KD Tools make these type of pliers. Even of you go to others such as Mac Tools or Snap On, they might have it but I think it's still made by KD tools. I could be wrong, i'm not too sure on that statement. ... show more

  • Great DEF line pliers
I use this tool to remove “DEF” diesel exhaust fluid line from heavy truck tractor emissions system. Although not intended for this purpose the tool works great. Anyone that works on DEF lines will understand. Works great for push pins also

  • Why haven't I heard of these before
These pliers are am an absolute lifesaver. I'm a professional mechanic most of my life, and have been struggling to come up with a reliable way to remove push type fasteners without damage. The pliers I received are gearwrench brand, but that is not an issue, if I remember correctly KO owns gearwrench, so they're effectively the same thing. These pliers make removing the clips so easy, that everyone I work with will be buying them. Do yourself a favor, and buy the different angled ones too, for getting into awkward places. ... show more

  • Great for push pins and more
I really like these pliers. Mine are labeled Gearwrench and they do feel a bit on the cheap end. Although that is not reason enough to discount these. They work great on push pins in addition to my automotive nemesis. Connectors. These are great for connectors. Electrical, fuel, annoying parking brake clips, whatever. Once those connectors get loaded up with dirt it can be a real challenge to separate them. These make it so much easier than using a pocket screwdriver or pick. Give them a try, I'm very glad I did. ... show more

  • Great tool
Bought these 3 months ago and love them. They are made for plastic pin removal but I use them for all kinds of stuff like disconnecting weatherpack connectors, pulling plastic grommets out of there holes, anything that requires a high effort pinch from my old fingers. They save your hands. Every pro tech should buy a pair of these. All the guys in the shop have them and love them. They are cheap too. ... show more

  • important tool in my eyes.
Great tool to remove plastic clips around the body, under car, under hood. I choose to preserve the plastic retaining clips and this tool better assures I succeed in doing so. Sure ... by using 2 flat heads I may be able to achieve the same... but I find it better to have a tool specifically for this part of a job. ... show more

  • AT LAST !!!
Well at last broke down an own a pair of these. been using side cutters for prying them pins up, I did get good at it, but my push pins looked like crap. these sure make life a hole lot easier & they aren't much money. would recommend to anyone that has a lot of pins to pop.
