This tool fits the spark plugs on my 2004 F150 4.6L engine, and makes it extremely easy to remove the plugs without the socket coming off during extraction and getting stuck in the well. Also I love that it's magnetic, so no more dropping the plug somewhere in my engine during extraction. It's like paying a few dollars to never have those two headaches ever again. This is an excellent Tool. I like that fact that the extension and tool are permanently connected so they do not separate while installing spark plugs. The tool is easy to clean up and has an attrative finish. I would buy it again.

    • Once you use magnet you won't go back.
This worked great on my civic. Th long extension was nice for the front plugs and got into the deep holes nicely. The back holes I had to be a little more creative with, not enough space for the ratchet and a little tight with the plug. I blame the engineers. I'm sure it looked great on paper. But the tool was awesome, holding to the plug with ease. I didn't have to worry about the rubber piece sticking on the plug, like other sockets I have used in the past (craftsman) ... show more

This is a must have for any ford 2v V8 engine. Makes spark plug change so much easier. The swivel and magnet will get the spark plug right where it needs to be without even being able to see it.

    • Perfect for 2001 - F150
This was the trick and worked perfect for my 2001 5.4L F150. I used a few other extensions as needed, it's length left flexibility on how to use it and it guides down the hole and held the spark plug secure.
