These lights are easy to control with the touch on/touch off feature. The bright White LED light emits 20 lumens and is cool to the touch and there are no bulbs to replace. There are two mounting options: keyhole mount (hardware included) or double-sided tape (included). These lights are for indoor use only - not for use in wet or damp locations. I ordered the two pack. Put one in my linen closet on a back wall and one under the kitchen cabinet over my coffee pot. Each puck takes three AAA batteries. But if you don`t keep them on all the time, the batteries should last awhile. The one in the linen closet is very bright illuminating the shelf because it is a enclosed small space. However, the one under the kitchen cabinet does not give off as much brightness. Probably because of the larger space. The light gets swallowed up in a larger area? If ordering again, (which I probably will) I`ll use two or more under the kitchen cabinets. I might add that the two way stick on tape is very strong. No problem so far but the pucks do come with screws if you want to use those instead of the sticky tape. ... show more

The rental unit I have is under-wired in the lower level, so it is hard to find stuff in the dark. These help fix that problem. I used the 1st one in the laundry/storage room, which has its light on a pull chain, 6 feet into the room. This way, at night, I can tap this light on to find that pull chain, and then find my way out in the dark after changing the laundry over. The second went in to the storage area under the stairs. It is not bright enough to fully illuminate the area, but enough that I can look for the easily accessed items in the front without pulling out my phone to use as a flashlight. (I still need a brighter light to get in the way back where the camping gear or holiday decorations are kept.) Easy to install with the adhesives provided. I skipped the screws to have less to repair (I hope) whenever I move out. Again, not super bright but easy to use (tap on/tap off) and help me do things a little easier/less time in the dark! ... show more

I purchased a pack of 2 for my closet because I have hardwood floors and my bedroom closet is very dark. I know how bright a 60 watt lightbulb is but lumens are a bit of a guessing game for me so that's my mistake. It definitely was an improvement over no lights whatsoever but they definitely were not what I was expecting. On the other hand, they are super easy to put up. They're decent lights, I'd just recommend figuring out if the lumens measurement will be enough for what you need. ... show more

I've bought these twice and they're great. Very convenient and simple. I haven't tried installing them with screws because the tape works great. I bought an old set of them years ago and they're still sticking so I'm hoping/assuming this pack of them lasts just as long. My bedroom closet doesn't have a light in it and one of these lights it up plenty enough to see in the mornings without having to turn on the full bedroom light. I also keep one on my nightstand that I carry to/from the bathroom in the middle of the night. The touch sensor works great, there's only been a few times here and there that it didn't respond to my first tap and that could entirely be user error haha. Look at the directions. Base twists off for battery insertion. Does not come with batteries. Needs 3 AAA’s. Watch the on/off tap portion of the “puck” so you place it where you want.
