Use fresh water to clean the outboard motor 2. Circulate the engine at moderate speed . 3. Do not leave the outboard motor outside until you have completely cooled the water. Otherwise the water cam enters the cylinder through the exhaust port. From there it will cause an engine failure. 4. The engine should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid direct exposure to the sun. 5. You should use up the gasoline in the tank before long-term storage.
