  • Easy to use
If you want to make your own spiral-type notebook and be able to change the pages, this is one of very few choices available. Covers are nice quality, binder works fine, paper is a little thin but it ran through my printer without any issues. (I wondered if the hole punches would make the sheets stick together, but they did not.) The handy little tool you see in the product video that they use to open and close the binder is not included in this kit. The instructions on the back of the package show you how to use a pencil to open up the binder. ... show more

  • Easy enough to use periodically
These snapped together easily and were relatively simple to load with a little patience. I definitely wouldn’t use this method for more than one item—I was trialing my own monthly planner/journal and this isn’t something I want to do monthly.

  • Good system, but paper gets stuck in printer
It’s a good system and I like that I can create bound packets without a machine. It’s pretty easy to open and shut the spine. The only thing is that the paper keeps getting stuck in my printer when I print double sided so I ended up not having enough paper for my project which is pretty frustrating.

  • I would buy it again
I bought this kit actually to do a book for my first grandbaby's trip to visiting family members for a keepsake. I also made my mother a medical book where she can post her vital signs and any medical issue results that she needs to chart down. I wish there were more of the binder ends and plastic covers in the kit, I still have a lot of paper left. It is a great kit that comes with everything to make an assignment look professional and easy to assemble as well. Yes, I would recommend this kit and I will order again in the future. ... show more

  • Perfect!
I bought this product for a workbook that I received through PDF. I wanted to make it more of an official book rather than pages in a binder and this was absolutely perfect! It was very easy to print and assemble. I only wish that there was an option with more possible books included and also the possibility of a bigger binding. I used 46 pages and it just fit. If I needed anymore pages I would have probably needed to buy another binding separately. I will definitely keep this option around in the future as I like being able to print things up myself. ... show more

Very good product. Comes with everything mention above except for the closer, but the closer is not need. The spines can be closed and opened by hand very. The paper was high quality and rounded at the corners (not standard rectangle), giving you a more professional look. The front and back cover were high quality, thick material. A great kit for a very low price. Overall, I would buy it again without hesitation. ... show more

  • Easy to use, not spiral bound
Easy to use. I liked having covers included with the spirals and the paper. It's nice that you don't have to own your own spiral-binding machine to punch the holes. And it's cost effective. Having read these reviews, I was careful to make sure that every page could slide freely, but I had no trouble printing a 50 page book with this paper. Personally I prefer a true spiral binding; these 'spirals' have a spine along one side so I find it harder to open the book and have it lie flat. And I find it harder to turn the pages. I have now found do it yourself spiral binding kits as well; they are more expensive than this kit, but they also make more books (25-100, depending on the kit). ... show more
