These binder folders are functional. The Velcro seals firmly and the plastic is sufficient in thickness and strength. I would reorder, but I don’t use that size binder. I had to trim them down in order to fit. A good product, but too large for my use.

For the price I absolutely love these! They are colorful, durable, and functional. They are translucent as they show and were easy to place into a 3 ring binder. They storage capacity for what I needed them for (20ish sheets of standard paper) still has room for more.
