  • Reduce plastic waste and save money!
Flavor Name: Lemon-Lime Size: 4.78 Pound (Pack of 1)
Mixing your own Gatorade is so much cheaper than buying bottles. This makes 9 gallons for less than $10. You can’t beat that price/Fl oz. if you have kids who have sports practice regularly or if you drink a Gatorade during your work out this will save you a ton of money! Pros: Price/fl oz is extremely cheap The flavor is better in my opinion Less plastic waste Cons: If mixed with cold water it will leave a residue in the bottom of the glass or container you mix in. I prefer to mix with hot water. It’s not grab and go, but making it in bulk and filling a reusable water bottle isn’t that much of an inconvenience. ... show more

  • cost savings
my son has high school basketball practice 6 days a week for 2 hours...i knew the last thing he wanted to do was add more water weight to his school bag so what i did was find two 32oz bottles and I make one for during the day and one for practice cost wise you can't compare and since he drinks 2 a day that would been at least a savings of $2 to $4 dollars a day...plus the gatorade bottles you get from Costco or Sam's Club are either 18oz or 20oz size bottles much smaller...this way he just takes the empty bottle with the powder and just adds water when he needs it at school...on top of that he has a water bottle so I keep him hydrated...hint by the different flavors so it doesn't get boring...the 32oz bottle works best as it's the right size for 1 scoop of powder...hint 2 you don't need the shaker bottles the powder mixes very easy ... show more

  • I'm constantly buying this
Flavor Name: Lemon-Lime Size: 4.78 Pound (Pack of 1)
I love Gatorade especially during the hot Arizona summers when we have to stay hydrated to survive. I'm not a fan of the new Gatorade flavors, I'm old school & love the original Lemon lime. I was hesitant when I first purchased this because I wasn't sure the powder would deliver the quality taste of buying Gatorade from a store. I was satisfied that the powder is even better & tastes fresher than the store bought bottles. This goes a long way, one scoop is perfect for a quart of water. If you love Gatorade this is a cheaper way to buy it than buying the bottles at stores. I love that Amazon has this & it always arrives perfectly packaged (usually wrapped in bubble wrap). A great buy & value to keep yourself hydrated. ... show more

  • Great for Hangovers
Flavor Name: Glacier Freeze Size: 4.78 Pound (Pack of 1)
According to my neighbor, whose son just got married. I used to use it for that in my college days. Anyway, it's a lot easier to store, and cheaper than the big bottles, and I can water it down as I don't like it full strength - trying to cut down my sugar. But I get dehydrated a lot more in the hot sun than I did in my younger days, and watered down this keeps me going. If you are making it full strength, like I did for my neighbor, dissolve the powder with about a cup of boiling water. Then add in the cold water and ice. Won't get the sugar left over in the bottom. ... show more

  • Horrible. Tastes like window cleaner smells.
Flavor Name: Lemon-Lime Size: 4.78 Pound (Pack of 1)
This review is for the original lemon-lime flavor. We don’t drink Gatorade on a regular basis, Rather we go through it in phases. But it’s useful to have on hand in case anyone gets sick with GI issues — It’s good for keeping hydrated and maintaining or replenishing electrolytes. Thus, I thought the powder would be useful, giving us a supply we could make as needed without taking up a lot of storage space. However, the flavor is completely different, and not in a good way! I mixed the powder according to the directions. It tastes the way I imagine window cleaner tastes. Totally undrinkable! I had a bottle of the same flavor of Gatorade (liquid) that I had recently purchased from a grocery store and I compared the ingredients in that with those in the powder. They are not the same (even after disregarding water as an ingredient). I am not a food chemist, so I’m not sure if the differences in ingredients could be responsible for the taste difference. Although it’s hard to imagine they designed it to taste that way... Photos: The white label is from the store bought (liquid) version. The orange label is the powder version. ... show more

  • Changed order of ingredients
Gatorade changed the order of ingredients, moved natural and artificial flavor from 9th to 3rd. natural and artificial flavor usually means artificial sweeteners, which is exactly what this now tastes like now, all to do what...save 10 calories? See attached picture, left side is old formula, right side is new. UPDATE: After using a full can I have adjusted to the new taste. It does serve the purpose for replenishing electrolytes. ... show more

  • Very helpful for hypoglycemia/hypo kpp conditions 💙
Flavor Name: Glacier Freeze Size: 4.78 Pound (Pack of 1)
Great for hypoglycemia since you can just use what you need. I think Gatorade has been instrumental in saving my life tbh because my blood pressure drops too much if I drink the amount of water I need. Apparently if it doesn't have sugar or salt in it, water alone can adversely affect some people, rarely. I'm not sure what's going on, but the Gatorade powder helps so much with keeping up my strength all day. If we run out, I sleep much more and can't move. It also reduces hunger somewhat. I'm very grateful. ... show more

Flavor Name: Glacier Freeze Size: 4.78 Pound (Pack of 1)
Alright I’m gonna get real my sister has had struggled with anorexia I think most of our lives she ended up getting super sick I wanted to get better she really didn't know how. she loves Gatorade zero she’s obsessed once she was bed ridden I had a super crazy idea that I had no idea if it would work but I ripped off the label a told the one lie I will never regret. I found the zero kind in bulk powder we don’t lie so she never second guessed me I got some popsicle molds and the rest is history her body was eating up that sugar learning to process it Digest it give her not much but she was starting to sit up a lil and eating more and more of them going to being able to do 6-10 a day while doing counseling she was talked up enough to take down little buy little real food and because of the cal intake she didn't know much about she wasn't feeling bloated or pains with would usually be followed with tears and restraint of any more solids. I’m happy to say she’s healthy today living her life mental health dose not just go away but she’s thriving. ... show more
