I've purchased Gator photo products a number of times,.....Photo gear backpack, photo shoulder bag and a few other cases and in every case they were keepers and were exactly what I had hoped to receive. I needed a hard case for my Generic Telecaster .......and this case was perfect for fit and has very adequate protection inside. The fit was perfect for my Tele .....it just laid in place perfectly as if this case was (custom) made for it. The handle on this case is off-set for perfect balance. It's to one side by ⅓ or so away from the center of the case. Given a solid body Telecaster is heavier all towards the main body, I was delighted to find that my guitar in this case allowed for a perfect balance when using the handle. The case was dead level in hand when carrying it. The exterior of this case is solid and protective. My take is for those who might treat the case w/ guitar in it roughly when loading/unloading and/or during travel, the case is going to hold up fine and more importantly, protect what is in it! 5 Stars all around! This (GWE-ELECTRIC) is a good alternative to the overpriced Fender case for short scale basses like the Fender Mustang PJ or American Performer. It isn't quite as nice as the Fender case but it does include a door for cable and strap storage compartment that the Fender case doesn't have. It's a snug enough fit where i don't feel like it would slide around in transit. ... show more

It is a really good value. Hard to beat for the price. It's not built like a tank so not the best choice for travel or road gigs. I might buy one step up next time but the brand does a good job and for casual carry or storage I don't think you can go wrong here.

This is an affordable guitar case, good for storing my guitar at home. I wouldn't use this case for transporting my guitar around, its cheap to say the least, but it works. My Yamaha Pacifica fits perfectly well and the center storage compartment has a lot of room. I knew from reading reviews before purchase that it may not arrive in 100% condition. I was lucky that the case arrived without any major damage, there's just small scuffs here and there and the fake leather material is slightly torn in a corner. Only complaint is with Amazon itself because the deliver was shipped a day late and the Prime delivery driver delivered the case to my neighbors house across the road and it was a pain to transport the large box back to my house. ... show more

Case arrived with some dings and nicks in it, and the shipping box looked ok, so assuming they happened prior to the shipping process. Fits my Fender Jazz Bass Aerodyne pretty snug. Wish it had more padding at the top, but it's a good case overall.
